Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response submitted by the business and have determined that the response does not satisfy or resolve my issues and/or concerns in reference to complaint # [redacted] [I spoke with the representative from the bus company providing the service, her name is ***, and she said your rep spoke to HERShe gave your rep the managers information and to call him in regards to the refund and she said “No, it’s fineThank you”Then your rep got back on the line with me, and said I couldn’t get a refund because I had “refused service” which was NOT the caseMy trip was for 1:30pm and they told me that time was NOT available due to the busses running late because of an accident, and that I could wait until the 3:00pm bus or call GoToBus for a refund because the service was not available for the time I had purchased the tickets forI called the bus company providing the service because I DID note the “no refund” at the bottoms of the confirmation email & she said that if the service wasn’t provided that I would be refundedHowever I decided to wait for the new scheduled time of 3:00pm, however when I approched the window they said my tickets had been cancelled at my request, which was not at all trueSo now you guys don’t want to refund me thanks to their mistakeI did not refuse service and I DID wait for the second bus, so I am NOT understanding how I cannot be refunded when I didn’t get to leave at the time I was supposed to on my purchased ticket from you guys and I was refused a seat afterwardsI had to purchase new ones] Regards, [redacted]

Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response submitted by the business and have determined that the response does not satisfy or resolve my issues and/or concerns in reference to complaint # [redacted] Please add your rejection comments below The comparison from [redacted] with Taketours.com does not apply as [redacted] gives me a choice of which flight or which hotel Taketours.com does not publish of indemnify it self as not being the Tour operator but rather it claims as the service provider on the website where you book the tour and collects moneyTaketours.com does not have on its website or any information that the tours would sublet to Golden Intl or any other company and projects itself as the soul tour company involvedWe paid money to Taketours.com which unilaterally without any consent or knowledge sublet the bus services on it own as per its internal business delivery processes, TakeTours in this case is fully liable for any delays/damages/rearragements for providing for the safetly/comfort and rescue busOn the tour policies also the company advises that its responsible for making arrangements for any cancellations and reschdule them, it means that they would take responsibility for any exigency as a result of its arrangement(s) and choice of sublet, so why is the company absolve itself for making adequate resuce arrangementsLastly, the tour guide Samantha Ma 626-319-was from Golden International, but when we discussed with her for my Injury or the delay in bus services she had also asked me to contact the Bus CompanyTakeTours.com does not take responsbility neither does Golden International its tour provider take resposibility, this is balant cheating and duping the customer and hoping everyting goes rightThe rescue bus would have seated only if I had not helped the bud driver replace the fan belt, what would the rest of us in the bus done waited in Santa Margarita with no accomodation and sitting in the open.I think this certainly proves that TakeTours is no [redacted] as it delivers the tours itslef or chooses the vendor on it own, they are responsible for the customer safety and rescue which they clerly are dodging from and misleading the customer.Regards, [redacted]

behind the fact that you simply book the tickets and then give me a few phone numbers that do not workI have left messages at those numbers with no responseWent online to speak to someone in customer service who never came to the phoneI spoke to the police officer to whom I made my complaint regarding my lost luggage in [redacted] Ohio about the fact that none of the numbers you provide workThis is what the Officer had to sayHe said that the police have been called more times that he cares to speak about regarding customers who have "LOST" their luggage which was supposed to be in the undercarriage of the busHe said he has responded to passengers crying and hysterical who had only the clothes on their back when they got off the busHe said that the police department has called the numbers in the window and none calls back or answers the phoneThe office is always closed and the person inside always "pretends" not to understand English yet they seem to understand it enough to book a ticketHe said countless passengers get off the bus with missing luggageIn my case, I believe my luggage was stolen by your bus operator for reporting him to the policeLet me also let me tell you what a passenger on the bus stated and also what the store owner next to your [redacted] store (who watches passengers get on and off the bus every day)stated to meA passenger on the bus stated she was horrified because she watched your driver text on his cell phone while operating the bus at excessive speeds and if she ever gets home she will not take your bus lines again(i also have witnessed your drivers driving while texting with headphones on) Additionally, the store owner close to your store who has witnessed hundreds" of incidents stated the tires and treads on the bus are often worn and frail, passengers get off every day with missing luggage, passengers are always coming into his store to use the bathroom because your store is always closed (exactly what the police officer stated)I am an attorney and you cannot shun liability for the actions of these drivers and these companies just because you state you only book for themIf one were to sue any of these companies, you would be a facilitator in the operation of these activities and would certainly be named in any lawsuit against any of the threeYou are aware of their dangerous and illegal practices and yet you continue to sell and promote the tickets sold by these companiesIf you look online there are so many complaints about their driving, texting, exceeding speed limits and other practices that I have specified that it is ridiculousAttempting to hide behind the fact that you just sell their tickets will not help you defend against liability of the death of passengers in a court of law when you are aware of their practicesAdditionally, I read an attempted disclaimer on their website for the death of their passengersOne of the things that you learn in law school is that you can write down anything but that their are some things that cannot be disclaimed (waived) just because it is written downA commercial company that charges money to transport passengers across state lines cannot waive liability for the death of passengers when it is operating a vehicle recklesslyThe disclaimer has no merit in a court of law and will be unenforceableTherefore, if multiple passengers die on that bus one night due to the negligence of any of the three companies, you will be sued, along with the bus companies for negligence and your disclaimer will not be worth the paper it is written onThere is too much evidence that you are knowingly operating recklesslyIn addition, to being sued professionally, you will probably be sued privately and may be subject to criminal liability which means jail timeIn case you don't have an attorney for your business, you should consult with one soon, because at this point, I could sue you and the bus company simply based on the trauma I suffered along with my [redacted] year old daughter in the experience on your busBut equally important is this factMy father died on Sept 10, I was traveling on this trip to Ohio, my hometown, because my mom, who is now a widow, had her 75th birthday that weekendI was giving her a surprise birthday party which I had been planning for months as she has been sad since my dad diedMy parents were married yearsIn my suitcase I had some of my nicest clothes as well as supplies games and other things for the surprise partyI also had a picture of my mom at years old and a picture of my mom and dad dating, almost years ago that I planned to put up at the partyIt was all stolenMy luggage was a unique alligator brown tone and had a huge luggage tag with my name on it...there is no way that anyone would mistake it for their own accidentallyEveryone else's luggage was under the bus except mineI not only lost my clothes, things for the party but my priceless pictures of my parents, one who is now deceased foreverThat, along with terrorizing my daughter and costing me $dollars in travel expenses to get back to New York...you took too much from me.I am sure that my dad, rest in peace, is watching over this situationYou stole his picture from meIf you have anything to do with taking my luggage and my pictures of my parents, I am sure his spirit will not rest until this is made rightIt may take years, but if you don't make this right, this matter, and my dad's spirit, will surely haunt you and your company for many years to comeI suggest someone either "find" my luggage or pay me
