Empathy does not solve my issue AT ALL!? I wonder if anyone else has had the same problem but I'm more than sure I'm not the only oneSo much technology available these days you mean to tell me you don't have a system in place to assist when something like this happens, whether it be the consumers fault or your own and in this case it's BOTH.? I'll admit my faults but I'm still waiting on the company to admit theirs, but oh that's right they can'tWhy is that, because they don't record their phone callsI had a phone call that I wanted pulled and was told it wasn't available because it wasn't recordedNow see I have a problem with that, how? am I going to "show" you where you all opened your mouths twice and made a mistakeI explained to them? don't talk to me like everyone in your company is perfectAdmit that mistakes happen, tell me that yes they may have told you what you're saying MsHowardNope, nothing of the sort, instead you want to tell me "based on the notes".? To my recollection you are depending on a human being to recall the facts of? a phone call as best as they canWell there is? ALWAYS room for human error, again I admit mine...when are you going to admit yours???? The fact that you use a 3rd party to process payments can be a hindrance within itselfWe have come so far and you're basically telling me that you "can't see" what is going onWhat type of customer service is this where the deptscan't see the same thingYou show payment being submitted while your bank (that you have no access to) shows otherwiseTell me how does that help the consumer when billing comes into playAll of this is rhetorical at this moment but my issue isn't resolvedI have submitted another complaint simply because your customer service fails to lack the capacity of giving consistent informationBecause of the lack of competency we are here on Revdex.comI'm being "talked" to as if my issue is going to directly affect the individual to whom I'm speaking to at the timeMy issue isn't coming out of your [redacted] ***'s check, Brit's check, and [redacted] or [redacted] at the corporate office's checkYes I spoke to corporate as well because you all need to get it togetherNever in my life have I had to report a company...NEVER! [redacted] Dear Ms [redacted] , Thank you for the correspondence sent to the Revdex.comI have reviewed your concerns and would like to offer the following information Our records indicate that you submitted an enrollment form to GM Financial for automatic monthly ACH payments to begin on November 20, On December 3, 2015, you set up an additional online recurring payment schedule through Western Union to draft $on the third of each month beginning on the date of submissionThe confirmation number provided to you by Western Union was [redacted] Your Western Union recurring payment schedule was cancelled online with the last draft being February 3, You remained enrolled in the ACH payment schedule set up with GM Financial until you requested cancellation on April 10, We have sent a refund for the payment drafted on March 20, via FedEx overnight, tracking [redacted] Please be aware, your lease maturity date is June 20, We would like to apologize for the poor level of service you feel that you have receivedPlease be assured that GM Financial gives customer service a high priority and is totally committed to achieving excellenceShould you have any further questions or require additional assistance, please feel free to contact GM Financial Customer Service at [redacted] Sincerely, GM Financial
Complaint: [redacted] I have reviewed my account and the December statement is still not been posted on my account and there is no record of the November payment of $ on my account and there is no record of my November statement posted on my account but there is a statement for September on there twice The spreadsheet that you have sent is not correct there are no payment showing for December 2016, and there are no payments showing on November in your spreadsheet also, the remaining payment is incorrect I have payment remaining not my account is all wrong and no one is going to correct it I know how the billing system works so you do not have to explain it to me, and the month is not over, and I did not have all these issues when I started with GM Financial, and the staff now seems very unqualified and very rude to say the least and I get a different answer and story depending on the person, no consistency with anything so your information is not true or correct Thank you I am rejecting this response because: Regards, [redacted]
Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because:? why do I need to wait for a check to be mailed??? The last attempt was overnighted, I want my refund overnighted.? Also, that was not an apology, that was a condescending remark.? The poor service 'I feel' - are you kidding me???? I can lay out point by point every failure, lie, misrepresentation, etc, I was hung up on - unacceptable.And to prove the lack of communication within this 'organization' I received a phone call Finally yesterday from GM financial.? Once again they assured me the check was being sent, overnighted with a true apology letter.? Completely different response then what they sent through you.? Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because:I should not be penalized for error on GM Financial and the dealershipI spoke with a manager named [redacted] and already provided all the required documentation to expedite the payment and was told the check would be issued in 3-5daysI even requested follow up calls from gm fincial to ensure everything was ok and the payment was issued, that I never receivedI called myself to check on the situation to where I was hung up on multiple timesI would like the refund check issued nowNot on Dec Regards, [redacted]

Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: Stating a bills or statements were sent out to my address of record is a fabricated lieI have had GM Financial for over consecutive years, including presently with another car lease and they are infamous for sending out bills AND calling your number on recordThey never sent a final bill whatsoeverAdditionally, As of August 1st, GM Financial states the account is days oldThis would put the account notice as a start date in MAY 2017, yet again, GM Financial states they sent out a letters in October, nearly months after they allegedly sent out a bill Still also, ironically not one phone call or voicemail ever in months this supposed bill and past due bill was sent.It's time they forward this information to their General Counsel or their Chief Compliance Officer to avoid litigationThey insist on giving excuses and the same redundant generic answers As an attorney myself, why wouldn't I pay a $bill when its due yet pay $a month on-time with my current lease with GM Financial.It is time for GM Financial to answer in a court of law Revdex.com- I thank you for your all your efforts Regards, [redacted]

Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me Regards, [redacted] I would also like to add that as of yesterday I was able to get a hold of their customer service lineAfter waiting over an hour they finally figured out my problemA payment was made from another financial company that was not myself and they had to fix the corrected amount that I own on the vehicle because the money was taken back out because it was paid by mistake to the wrong accountThey saw the payment was made on June 20th, They did not notice it until November 17, They did not contact me nor notify me of this and lead me to believe I owed more than I was suppose toAfter trying to get a correct answer after months I finally was told of this paymentThere was a lack of communication as well as doing their job to track these payments on their partI have yet to talk to a supervisor and have spent the last weeks trying to get a hold of someone on the customer service lineI would still like to file a complaint and add this bit of information on to the original complaintMy social is [redacted] The GM Financial account number is [redacted]
