On December 24, 2012, you signed a Retail Installment Sale Contract (“Contract”) for the Chevrolet Corvette in the amount of $37,at an interest rate of 14.00% Within the agreement, you agreed to repay the loan in monthly installments in the amount of $per month, beginning January 24, ? Please be advised that GM Financial places a high priority on adhering to all state and federal lawsThe state of Texas does require cure notices to be sent prior to submitting the account for repossessionThese notices were mailed to the address of record on July 7, and the Acceleration Notice was mailed July 22, The cure notices detailed the amount needed to cure and provided a cure date or date of last payment ? On August 3, 2015, GM Financial made the decision to place the account out for repossession due to the account being over days past due and subsequently the vehicle was repossessed on August 7, After a thorough review of the account it has been determined that the handling of the account including repossession was in compliance with all state and federal laws ? Please note that our system of record indicates that you made a payment of $on August 21, 2015; however, this amount did not meet the required amount to process the reinstatementOn August 25, 2015, GM Financial received another payment of $which covered the remaining reinstatement amount dueOnce this payment was verified, GM Financial sent the release to the repossession agent and your vehicle was available for pick upWe have verified that the vehicle was picked up August 25, 2015, the same date the remaining reinstatement amount was paid ? With regard to your allegations of property damage, please be advised that the repossession company is an independent contractor and is licensed as suchAny claims against their company will need to be addressed directly with their company and/or licensing authority ? GM financial failed to pay off my account , pulled an extra payment & YES I had it reversed because of the hardship it caused me with nsf fees! Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: I am not sure what the process is here, but I am offended that GM Financial, with all its resources, continues to stall updating my account? Clearly no one is in charge of customer service and I continue to have entry level employees attempting to fix this problem? As the screenshot attached to this email will show, my next payment due date still says November, 2017, when it should be December, 2017, and the number of payments remaining says when I only have payments remaining? GM Financial's typical answer to my complaint is "The way our system is set up....." ? Then change the system? It's that easy? I am growing more and more weary of this cat and mouse nonsense through the Revdex.com and am inclined to find an attorney who would be more than happy to represent me in this matter? My time is important? I continue to be angered by having to respond to GM Financial's unwillingness to cooperate or assist with this matter? I was told by a representative last Friday that I would be contacted yesterday? To-date (Tuesday evening, 8:p.m., CST) I have not received a phone call from them? I would like to go on record, however, that I have downloaded an app that will allow me to record phone calls and will make it clear the next time I am contacted that every syllable of our conversation will be recorded? Had I been given options at my dealership when I purchased my vehicle and HAD I KNOWN the problems I would have encountered as a result of this loan, I would have surely gone another direction? If anyone reading this post is considering buying a GM vehicle of any kind...take my advice: ? get your own financing elsewhere....even when zero percent interest is offered on the loan Regards, [redacted]
