Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me I will add that GM Financial really needs to re-evaluate their process and policies with refunding people money that is owed to customers? It shouldn’t require over a dozen phone calls, a Revdex.com complaint and over a month of waiting for a refund, especially when the money was pulled from a checking account AFTER the loan was already paid off? No other financial institution has been this difficult to work with as GM Financial? I will never consider another GM product in the future nor will I ever consider GM Financial for financing ever again? When looking to see how a company should NOT conduct business, look no further than GM Financial.? ? Regards, ***? ***
