I should not be the middle man in this situationThe dealership is verbally stating that they did not pay off the account because the deal was not finalized from Gmfinacial part in the allotted time periodIf there was something that was holding off the deal to go through this should be something GMfinancial should be aware of and have documentedThe Trade in was an exisiting gmfinacial account and the new loan was also a GMfinancial accountPlease investigate both accounts because the dealer keeps pointing the finger to you GMFinacial, that the way you handle the loan transaction delayed them from sending the checkOnce again I will not be the middle man in the situation and suggest you contact the dealership directly and get the correspondence from them

Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: My problem with this is the fact I was unaware of what happens with leftover interest at the end of a loanThey are counting me late for something that hadn't even been established yetMy regular payment was $They are listing a late payment in the amount of $It appears on my credit that I couldn't even make the payment on time of $My payment was $for the entire length of this loanFor the past year I was never lateTrying to establish my creditThe new loan was not even established at the time they are saying the $was lateSo how can they claim at that time $was late when we hadn't even made that new payment agreement? All of this is totally wrong.? If they wanted to report me late on the 4th it should be reported that I was late in the amount of $2,or whatever the full amount they say I should payNot $that wasn't even establishedThis needs removed? I know I'm speaking for someone else but even the finance officer at [redacted] agreed this is not rightHe even said GM Financial does some shady thingsI hope this can put a stop to them doing this to others as wellThank you so much.? Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: I have been told that a check was mailed out on Feb19th 2018, I was told this will take business days to get to me, after the days, I called back to be told that it will be to business days, and when I still didnt get it I was told that it says it was mailed but NO check number was generated, which means no check was sent out, this is according to a GM Financial Customer service repThen When I called back on the 6th, I was told the check was in fact mailed on the 6th, and even as of yeasterday March 8th I was told again it was mailed on the 6th, Now you are telling me it was mailed on the 7th, not a big deal of day, Im just tired of the liesI just want to get my refund and be DONE with the LIES of GM financial Regards, [redacted]

Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because:Please see the attached documentationGM Financial is not being forthcoming with all of the information nor the contact datesFirst of all, I have attached the contract in which [redacted] is listed as the lien holderI contacted [redacted] several times to inquire about the paper work for the bankAs of May 10th, they still didn't have the information but said that I would be receiving it shortly I received the paperwork on May 15thAt that time, I contacted Customer Service on that date, GM conveniently omitted my first contact with GM FinancialI also called the two more times after the 9th, again, GM is not forthcoming in all of the pertinent informationAccording to the information on the website, since I am enrolled in paperless statements, I relied upon the information thereIn the transaction history, I provided a copy of, it never states that a payment was returnedThere is no way to know if anything was wrong until I went to make a payment in July, at which time the statement said I was lateWe were not late because of money problems, we were late because GM did not provide accurate information on their website under my account nor did they communicate there was a problem or leave any messages.I was provide a fax number after numerous requests from the customer service representative on July 17thAttached is the transmission receipt that I faxed over to GM for a response, in which they have not responded at all yet.?
