I need to pass on my account information of my GM account number which is # [redacted] With a Recent update to add to my claim We have had the vehicle returned to usBut now they are demanding all the money now to include August in the month they took the car unlawfully and only returned the vehicle a few days before September I made a full payment on it Friday 8/28/and now they want another this Friday totalling $We did try to have it refinanced at our credit union to pay it off through GM Financial only too find out that the vehicle is $over book value so the credit union cannot even refinance the vehicle for a much better rate and lower paymentWe are forced to deal with GM Financial after everything that has happenedWe did not go through the credit union to purchase the vehicle as I just recently became a member and It is my fiances credit union also My fiance and I are getting married in September and we're not married when I purchased the vehicle with my fiance cosigning on the loan

Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and have determined that this does not resolve my dispute.As previously stated, the double payment is a separate issue so I won't be commenting on it.As pointed out on the original complaint I email the request to initiate the transfer on 6/30/Diana, the back office manager, failed to send the Assumption Authorization Form and Credit Application until nearly two weeks later (on 7/12/16)This is not only outside of the hour guideline per GM Financial but also after numerous complaints to your reps and manager Victoria H***...all of whom admitted that GM Financial made mistakes in my caseTherefore, I'm unclear on how you would be able to categorize this as being handled in a "timely" fashionBecause of all of the mistakes and delays, MsH [redacted] put my case as her top priority and admitted that it was now a "special circumstance" caseShe also promised to work directly with Diana for the remainder of the transfer processIf my case was standard, GM Financial management would not have intervened to this degree.Now comes the start of the second set of delaysOn 7/12/16, after the assuming party and I submitted the above-mentioned documents, GM Financial fails to get a response back from the credit report agency until nearly a week later (on 7/18/16) because they had again delayed on the paperwork...this time in submitting to the 3rd party agencyAgain, this is outside of the promised hour window.In short, if these two delays had not occurred (i.eif GM Financial didn't make these mistakes) then the transfer of the vehicle would have completed BEFORE the $payment on 7/29/Since the actions of GM Financial is directly responsible for extending the transfer process and triggering the payment, I shouldn't be penalized for itPlease check these facts against the notes on my account again should you need to verify my claimsIn short, I'd like to extend you one final opportunity to reverse the $chargeIn doing so, I will mark this complaint as settle and won't escalate this issue further to GM corporateThank you for your considerationI trust that you'll find this a fair resolution under these circumstances Regards, [redacted] ***

this is not acceptable Our rights were violated during this process and the fees are beyond excessivethere are so many complaints and many are talking about a class action law suit regarding this company When the car was taken we paid within minutes and GM was supposed to be open till 8pm we were put on hold at 7:and then the disconnected at 7: The answering machine was picking up when we called back 7:58.the way this was handled was so messed up I have everything recorded due to the fact allstate my insurance company was on the line with me trying to verify coverage since you couldn't find the faxes they had sentwe want a refund and have already had an attorney say we should just one, but the Revdex.com needs to step in and help protect us from companies Regards, [redacted] ***
