I have reinstated the claim and recharged the deductible of $90.00. I have asked my accounting department to get your check out this week for the $we agreed upon. You will still need to send back the broken phone using the Prepaid label we provided. I did not re-charge the hold with good faith that you will return the broken phone once you receive the check

I don't see notations indicating the refund of the other $but I will refund it today for you

I have given my policy number of *** to a Revdex.com representative and I expect to have this resolved soon as this has been going on for over months.

when the customer pays the dealer for the prepaid contract GWG only gets a small portion of that amount and the rest goes to the dealer. All refunds for the cost of the contracts have to be done through the dealer. I have refunded all that I can in regards to this claim

Instead of as check that was offered the customer and dealer requested to do an instore fulfillment. We have spoke with the dealer The Wireless Age and to Jason Lemmons the agent that requested the Purchase order #***. They state that the phone was given to the customer and invoiced
to Global Warranty Group for payment. The customer continues to use that IMEI on his account. NO check is going to be cut for this account since a phone was given

I have not yet received the check from the business If the check was in fact already sent to my correct address in ** from the business's office in ** by the time that the business sent their response to you, it should have already been delivered I have no way of knowing that the check has actually been sent and when or if it will actually get to me This is why I requested a resolution involving the check being sent by a method that would have a tracking number assigned to it

this is a lie they took my money that I paid for my policy and took my money for

They have said this before that my settlement is being processed, ( for months now) why would I expect their response to be any different?...I will believe it when I see it and the check is clearedI have wasted countless hours of my valuable time calling and talking and trying to bring this issue to settlementtherefore ,I am demanding a full refund of the cellphone insurance policys ($total) that I purchased on behalf of Global Warrany Group through my local VerizR Wireless store...if not I will be filing a complaint with Verizon for their part in selling this particular companys warranty policy to their customers in the Verizon Store as well as taking legal action to recoup my time and moneyThere is no way I want anything to do with this company anymore and neither should Verzon Wireless Corp

2) I never received a call with the status although I was told on several occasions I would receive one.
3) I have not received any apology from Global Warranty Group
4) My request for my deductible to be refunded has not been addressed
5) I think I am at least due an apology for the Global Warranty Group's failing to adhere to their promises under the insurance/warranty providedGlobal Warranty Group never contacted me once throughout the entire claims processThis matter was NOT resolved in a reasonable or timely fashionHad I not had the funds to purchase a new phone outright, I would have been without a phone from January [redacted] to March [redacted] - ALMOST MONTHS

I paid close to $for this "warranty" which left me WITHOUT a phone for over weeks (and counting) which I still pay my phone company $a month for!
My phone company (Rogers Wireless) has refused to accept any responsibility which means that every time I have gone into the store, called a [redacted] or called the head office I was repeatedly told that it is not their issue and they refused to let me cancel my service without paying $cancellation fees and to date I have not received as little as an apology from either Rogers or Global Warranty Group My last call to Global Warranty Group allowed me to "escalate" my claim which meant I was told to wait hours for a call back from their "escalation department"It has been almost two weeks and I still have not received this phone call.
How is this "warranty" protecting me or my phone from damage? It has caused more damage than it is worth I could have EASILY used the $to purchase myself a phone in time to keep receiving the services I pay Rogers for The fact that Rogers and nobody else on the planet will accept responsibility has caused me to ONLY BLAME MYSELF for inviting these scam artists into my life to cause a great deal of stress financially and otherwise
I will never purchase another warranty as long as I live and I will not be satisfied until I am compensated for the damages I suffered and until all parties involved accept responsibility for their part in this
Also, please note that even though this check was supposedly mailed out a week ago I still HAVE NOT RECEIVED it I was promised a replacement phone or a check in BUSINESS DAYS and it has been just about MONTHS Completely unacceptable to say the least!!
