I have been patiently waiting for my check since DecemberThere is a reasonable amount of time to wait, but, going on months is unacceptableI have made numerous calls regarding my claim resulting in the same responseNothing, no call back, no emailI want my check for the amount owing immediately as well as a credit to my credit card immediately as asked in my 1st complaint! Not to mention, I've had to wait almost a month for your response

I would like to be notified immediately the day my cheque is sent out in the mail to me, with a tracking numberI will be satisfied once I am assured that this happens before or by April ***, which is exactly 7-business daysI was told over the phone that the days to receive my old phone may be extended to days to be able get my $returned to my VISA. I will send my old phone back, as discussed with the GWG customer service representative, once I have received the chequeThank you, I look forward to my confirmation

I asked for $compensation for the fees I had to pay due to not receiving my check in a timely mannerThe voucher date for my claim was 1-**-14, so I do not understand why the check date was 4-**-and the date it was sent was 6-**-I would like $compensation for the considerable delay and for incurring fees on my end due to not receiving the check until months after I filed my claim and paid my deductible

Mail from a person named *** from I assume their customer service deptIt
stated check no.*** in the amount of $had been issued to me on 3/**/
As of 3/**/I have NOT received the checkI sent *** AN E- Mail informing
her that I have not received the check
Due to their "stalling" practices I have
experienced with them for months and months I desperately still need your help
in getting the money I am entitled toTHANK YOU so much for your time and
assistance in this matter

because: The company still has not removed an authorized charge from my American Express Account. I was told not to send in the broken phone (covered by the warranty) until I received a new phone or check from this company. I received neither so the phone has not been sent to the company. Yet the company charged $to my American Express. I have notified American Express. I want the company to immediately withdraw that charge. Thank you.

They did not do what they said they wouldI have talked with multiple people in their Customer Service Department that stated they would get the Escalations team to contact me once the cheque has been sent and they have not yet done thatThe only reason I knew that this was sent was from this emailI am still not satisfied with the service that I have gotten, as no one from higher up as yet to call me and I have over complaints that have not yet been answeredI find this very hard that my complaints have not been looked in to fully and that I have yet to get anything I have asked forAnd when I called to ask about the cheque even though there was a cheque number given to me I don't know if I can actually believe that I will get it this week or not.
