The initial conditions that caused this issue still exist, which I hope are fixed in a timely manor. Here is the link to the page with the promotional "bonus" that enticed me into purchasing the main item/game: [redacted] (as of 12/31/15 11AM CST)See how the "bonus" is still there?! That is what made me buy here instead of somewhere else, where the prices were similar. Please take that "bonus" down. There is no small print saying "while supplies last" unless you directly click the image or scroll much further down the page. With or without the small print, that "bonus" should not be displayed when you fully know you cannot provide it (I.E. on the 19th, when you shipped it to me). I see you had extremely, possibly unusually limited supplies in this instance, but that shouldn't matter to the customer. Be a better business, starting with that. I appreciate you acknowledging the problem and making action to correct it. I'll keep my mind open to purchasing from you in the future, I'll just automatically assume all your promotional bonuses are out of stock. Thank you.

I do not accept this response. As I stated before I was at work so this is impossible. I am really disappointed at the lack of customer service. I couldnt even be afforded the common courtsey of receiving a phone call from Gamestop. I have spent close over $10000 at this store. Every major gaming system that has come out I have purchased from Gamestop. Even purchases I have made for my nieces and nephews have been from Gamestop. I thought this matter was resolved when I contacted Gamestop originally. See attached email. I will never purchase anything from this store again. I am rejecting this response because: Im sorry but one of your representatives told me all of my points were gonna be refunded as a one time exception and they never did. I want my points refunded since that was the promised I was told to, not just a portion but the amount I've collected and that were deleted with no previous notice.
