This is the copy and they make it impossible for o contact anyone for help in the same way the Gamestop does. I tried and got auto reply emails that say the maibox is monitored.

Those are the missing games. There are only two account they could be under. You obviously did not look at the information surrounding this complaint.  The check was requested in JANUARY.  your company just processed that request in July.  Please do not resend the same response as it is tedious.  What poor customer service to not even acknowledge that this has been a problem for 8 months.  This is not a small issue, and you are treating it as one.  Again, I am requesting a phone call from a member of your corporate office.  I will be taking matters further if that does not happen.  Thank you
