I am rejecting this response because:7-10 business days after March 6th is March 13 - March 16th. It does not fall within your time frame, and it is NOT reasonable time to process a return made on the 16th of last month. It is ridiculous. I want recompense.

of War, NBA 2K18, NHL 18, Pokken Tournament DX". Only PowerUp Rewards PRO Members qualified for the 30% Extra, while Basic and non PowerUp Rewards PRO Members received 20%. This was stated just above the fine print of the promotion. Upon referencing your trade transaction, I was able to show that neither a PowerUp Rewards Pro or Basic account was applied to the transaction. This is why the 30% was not credited to the transaction and why 20% was received instead. While I understand that the representative assisting you was not able to detect this error and provide further explanation, we are unable to fulfill the desired settlement of a corporate check because this is not an expense owed, however because of the inconvenience I would be more than happy to offer a $10.00 GameStop Gift Certificate if you would like. Please let me know if this is something you would be interested in and I will gladly get it arranged. If you have any additional questions or concerns, please do not hesitate to let me know. Best Regards,[redacted]|Revdex.com Liaison| GameStop | Service Matters

Dear [redacted] After an extensive investigation, we regret to inform you that at no time was there an in-store reservation made for Zero Time Dilemma on the 3DS with your information attached. I did however find the reservation you made for the Vita version on 7/14/15 in-store with the $5 deposit but this was canceled on 2/26/16 and cash back was given. I went a bit further to help as much as I could and looked at every reservation that was made with the specific item i.d. number for the district in that area and your information did not match any of the names there. As well, I looked into every archived order that would have had your email, phone, and previous phone number. We do sincerely apologize for the confusion and hassle you have gone through.  Rest assured you are not missing any funds from an uncollected reservation. I can't place a order in store because this are online only retro games for the sega saturn, nintendo 64 and dreamcast, so you don't carry them in your store. Don't you know that as a game stop employee if you truly looked at my account you will see that none of these are in store items. Don't you think I know that I can go in a store and order? That kills the purpose of ordering online if I have to waste my time and go into a store. Also, you don't carry ANY of these items for the dreamcast or sega saturn in your stores for order. I am about done with gamestop for life, and I am telling people I know never to order from this sorry company that can't even correct a simple problem considering I have been a gamestop customer for YEARS. I am done. I will go to Best Buy and Amazon where they treat people with respect and fix issues. I am rejecting this response because: You are not addressing the issues in my complaint; I have given you the order number. That is about as sufficient as its going to get. If you can not pull my order with the order # then I am not sure what game were playing here back and fourth. Its day 4 already and your still acting as if you can't see my order. Very disrespectful at this point. Bottom line I received a delayed shipment and horrible customer service. I see you not addressing anything here???

The order remains open. The website tells me that I can close/cancel the order, and when I access said order, I am given zero options to do so. All I can do is view that the order is 'Open'. I can do nothing to cancel the order and you tell me you can do nothing to remove the order.This is unacceptable.

I have been told that I am able to trade games again but I feel like I should be sent a gift card or something for all of my trouble and the fact that two different stores made me feel like a criminal as well as traded my personal information from store to store. I am contacting a lawyer about if that is even legal. Please issue me a gift card to my address and I will consider this matter closed.

I am rejecting this response because: if it was not advertised on the page then how do I now about it? I know what I read and seen this is your companies mistake and you need to own up to it. The person I talked to on the phone looked at the coupon and even said I should be able to see it on the app which I don't it's not there and she didn't even want to give me the full 25,00 points I had to put up a fight for that. Is this how your company seriously does business?

[redacted] Hello,I am not sure if you're listening to my emails or you're just responding blindly from a script. However, I have said this various times that the items were purchased with a GameStop Gift card so how am I supposed to dispute one of your gift cards with my bank? What you're saying does not make sense if I paid with one of your establishments gift cards for the item that I didn't receive. I am sure you can see that the items were not paid for from a bank card. But it seems to me that you're not even looking because I keep getting the same bank dispute emails. You can't dispute a GameStop gift card because it is YOUR cards not a debit or credit card.Cheers,
