I am rejecting this response because: I have yet to see a order in my gamestop to reflect what the business responded with. I have not received any items from Gamestop nor have I received any notifications to indicate my games are being shipped to me. I want the money for the games minus the rewards card purchase because that is active refunded to me asap.

to address the issue appropriately. After reviewing the order, I do show that the initial package had been reported as lost in transit. Our representative was able to process a replacement order on 12/8 with overnight delivery under Order #[redacted] however it did not begin processing until Monday, 12/11 since overnight takes 1-2 business days to be processed and our fulfillment center was closed over the weekend. I do show that it was able to be shipped on Monday, 12/11 and tracking shows it is out for delivery today (12/12). This can be found under [redacted] Tracking [redacted]. Please let me know if there are any difficulties with delivery, or if there are any issues with the replacement.I understand that we set a false expectation that the replacement would be delivered on Monday, and that you both have spent a lot of time trying to get this resolved. With this in mind, I have processed a partial refund of $65 on the original order to go back to your sons payment method. Depending on their financial institution, it can take anywhere between 3-10 business days for this balance to be posted back to their account. Each time I've received the error shown in the screenshot above (Bundle exceeds the maximum allowable purchase). I've reached out to support again through email and by phone, and they simply recommended that I go to the store to place my order, but then I've been told multiple times that I can't purchase this product in stores.I simply want to purchase this bundle, so that my children can play with their birthday presents (I've already bought other accessories and games through other vendors, but am waiting on your company for the console), but it seems that your company can't complete a simple transaction for which I'm willing to pay.Regards,

Our intention was to provide a one stop shopping experience on the hottest and most sought after games and accessories to go along with the Nintendo Switch. Please keep in mind that our stores will be informed of a time when they may allow a very small amount of guests reserve the single Switch console in-store with a $50 deposit. We are unsure as to when they will be notified of this opportunity but we encourage you to follow up with your home store to see when they might be able to do this. Should you still desire the Nintendo Switch, you will need to follow up with your local GameStop store as we will most likely not have the Switch available to purchase online by itself. Dear [redacted]The previous trade suspension was set in place for several transactions that had taken place in 2014 and 2015. I have attached a PDF File reflecting those transactions to show what had caused the system to flag the account and set the suspension initially. You should be able to download and save this file as necessary. Please let me know if you experience any difficulties downloading the file. This history, along with the recent transaction regarding the misuse of the HTC Vive promotion is what led both regional and corporate loss prevention to place the suspension on your account indefinitely. Regarding the Splatoon 2 Promotion, The 40% had been applied to your transaction which the store representative also reported that they were able to show you it being applied on the register during your visit, however there appeared to be a misunderstanding and as a means to alleviate the issue the associate on duty gave you the game entirely for free. The reason you did not get an overall 60% extra is because these were 2 separate promotions (40% and 20%), which cannot be combined and the system gave you what was considered to be the better deal.While our trade slogan previously did state "Play. Trade. Save. Repeat.", that slogan was dropped in 2015 and it has since then evolved into "Save When You Trade", however that is neither here or there, and GameStop still reserves the right to cease taking trades of any product without notice. This is a term that you understood is a possibility to happen and agreed to when signing for your trade transactions. Going forward, GameStop will not be removing the suspension of trades from your account. GameStop will not be re-instating the account, upgrading it to Elite Pro, or issuing a new one. GameStop will not be able to fulfill the desired settlement requested in this complaint.
