I am rejecting this response because: Good evening, I purchased the controller we're discussing on 11/11/16, the day the Classic NES was released. That day there was a photo of a Nintendo controller on the page and no where on that page did it mention that it wasn't an official Nintendo controller. I'm years old and have been gaming since the original NES was a new system. I've been through this aftermarket versus original equipment thing before and I was careful to purchase the right controllerThe original website clearly implied that the controller was a Nintendo brand controller. The language used on the page I purchased the controller from was "NES Classic Wired Controler - NES" with a photo of a Nintendo Controller box with the brand name clearly written on the box. Since the date of my first complaint you've updated the photo on that web page and added the name of an aftermarket product manufacturerI assume you delivered *** controllers to fulfill the orders you took before realizing Nintendo had no intention of producing mass quantities of these systems and controllers. The receipt I received from you after the purchase is vague, there is no part number, only "NES Classic Wired Controller - NES" The word YOK wasn't in any of the correspondence I received from you. I never heard the name until I opened the package to find an aftermarket controller when I expected to see a Nintendo brand controller. Per Nintendo these controllers were $MSRP. There are several complaints on your website written by your customers claiming they purchased and Original Equipment controller and received a YOK controller, I'm not the only person with this complaint. I'll be happy to return the YOK controller, but I want you to pay the difference between the Nintendo Brand Controller I purchased from Walmart and the one I purchased from you. That's $34.93. I think it's also important to point out that Game Stop sold classic NES systems and controllers on 11/30/16, but didn't mail me a controller till 12/29/when it was originally promised to ship on 12/12/16.

I still feel the shipping time was definitely unacceptable, but the resolution to refund my shipping fees is fair considering I received the product intact

I am rejecting this response because:I am sorry but you are mistakenI am 100% certain that I ordered the game in storeYour claim that the order was placed in a web browser my be correct, as my understanding is that the sales associate in the Gamestop store used their web store (possibly different from the customer facing website) to place the order for the gameI am alsocertain that I paid for the game in its entirety at that timeFurthermore, I never canceled the 3DS order, so why would it have end up being canceled as you are claiming? I find it very supsicious that you are simply writing off the fact that the gamestop powerup rewards dashboard site still shows the fact that I have a pending order that has not shippedOn top of these issues, how can you justify the fact that I have had to wait over WEEKS for a (thoroughly unhelpful) response from customer service when I was initially told they would respond within two business days? After months of being ignored, I finally had to file a Revdex.com complaint in order to get any responseI have never experienced such poor customer service in my life, and it is completely inexcusible from a large company like Gamestop that has more than enough resources to provide better supportI simply cannot fathom why you continue to refuse to fix this issue even though Gamestop in the party that is in errorYou will certainly be losing far more than $in revenue, as I am an avid game collector and have typically bought 10's or even 100's of games annually at Gamestop in the pastRest assured I will not be shopping at Gamestop any longer if you do not resolve this problemDespite being a long time loyal customer of nearly two decades (just take a look at my PUR history under the current phone number and previously under ***, you have completely written me off over something that is YOUR mistakeIt's absolutely shamefulI INSIST that you either send me the game I purchased (Zero Time Dilemma on 3DS) or refund me the $that I paid
