I am rejecting this response because:The point of any floral business is to take an order and fill it, punctually, with a high quality product. In this case, the order was taken, not filled at all, and later charged to my credit card account. Now that they've been caught, they want to "make amends" by offering something that I don't want and don't need, a $65 creditMy suspicion is that this is their business model: Based on reviews and on my specific case, it seems that frequently they don't provide the ordered product at all or else provide a low quality version of the product. When they are caught, then their business model is to own up and make amends by offering a credit. Sorry, but no, this won't work in my case. We wanted the plant at a specific location at a specific time. They agreed to provide it, they didn't do so, and into the bargain charged the credit card for it. Had we not happened to be at the location (around 200 miles from our home) we would not have known about their failure and we would have paid. Incidentally why doesn't this company provide the customer with a jpg-photo and/or some other clear confirmation that the product that was ordered was actually delivered?
Sincerely,
[redacted]

The worst!! Ordered flowers for a friend that had a baby at 1:30pm. Website says same day delivery if ordered by 3pm, recipients time zone. At 4pm I received a call saying the flowers weren't going to make it that day. By this time, it was too late to get same day delivery from another florist. They offered a $10 gift card for future purchase and a note of apology. Are they joking?? I would never use them again! I got a refund of most of my money and an assurance they would be delivered the next day before 11am, when my friend was being discharged. Guess what... Just spoke with my friend, who left the hospital at noon today...NO FLOWERS!!! This is the worst company ever!! I don't know how they stay in business. If you see good ratings on their website, it is because they get you to do a survey immediately following the placing of the order... Too early to know the problems that are coming!!
on Feb 5th 2015 I ordered a beautiful yellow arrangement to brighten the day of my mother-in-law. The arrangement was called "Bursting and Fresh" however what she received was nothing like what I ordered. Besides there not being one yellow flower in the arrangement the flowers were more like a sad shade of lavender and the flowers weren't fresh at all. I arrived to my mothers-in-laws house and was immediately embarrassed by the flowers that she had received (as well as the time they were delivered, which was 6pm) but so embarrassed I didn't even tell her that they were not what I had ordered. I emailed From You Flowers that evening and they had promised to look in to it and contact the delivering florist and after I sent a picture and a few emails back and forth For You Flowers agreed to a redelivery at no charge but it is Feb 18th and the delivery still hasn't happened. I stayed patient through the Valentine holiday because I know that's a busy time for flower deliveries however I now feel that my business and requests are being disregarded and would like a full refund instead of the redelivery of flowers especially since the time has passed and they will not be as meaningful as the time I had ordered them. I am hoping to get this resolved ASAP as I am not one to really complain but this has been a terrible and embarrassing experience.
I’m writing in regards to case ID [redacted]. At this time we have tried to contact this customer multiple times in regards to this case. We have left several messages and tried contacting them via email and she has responded that she wishes to have no further communication from us. At this time we have gone ahead and refunded this customer in full for their order and have created a $50.00 floating complimentary arrangement that will remain open should the customer choose to use it. At this time we are again binded to her request to not contact her so there is nothing further we can do to resolve this issue without speaking with the customer. Thank you

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me.
However, things did not go smoothly when I attempted to use my credit. I finally after hours later, of sending emails, learned I had to call the 880# and talk with a customer service person and give the "old" order #. I found out then that the arrangement had to be designed by the florist and the flowers to be used in the arrangement were at the florist's discretion. The customer service rep I received, I think she said her name was [redacted] was eating something or chewing gum and she was very hard to understand. She got annoyed when I asked her could she please repeat the confirmation number! I received no confirmation email regarding my order so I had to again, contact the business this morning and "ask" if my flowers had been delivered today! Honestly, the customer service department there is a joke! The credit on the account should have been just that. I should have been able to choose a fall mum basket, like I had planned on sending and I should have received an email confirmation from [redacted]. I did use Flowers By You today to have flowers sent to my daughter, who is a 6th grade teacher to be delivered to her at her Middle School tomorrow. This delivery, will be the "real test", as to whether or not I will "ever" use this flower service again.
Sincerely,
[redacted]

There customer service all the way to the supervisor stinks they do not handle problem correctly. The web is a joke because you order a arrangement from this and you get a bunch of flowers you can pick from a field!!

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me. I do, however, want to make it clear that the amount of emotional stress of explaining to my wife that her Valentine’s Day was ruined not by me, but by From You Flowers, was a nightmare and I am aware that many others suffered a similar experience at the hands of From You Flowers and the florists that they chose to do business with. I am appreciative for all that From You Flowers did to try and make up for the situation, but Flowers delivered 8 days after Valtine’s Day, despite how in advance I placed my order, made me look like a completely ridiculous husband to my wife, her friends and coworkers, and I couldn’t have felt more terrible. My wife finally did receive her flowers and I was refunded for my purchase, but I just want to make it clear that in no way does that remove the stain on Valentine’s Day 2018 for us.
Sincerely,

From: [redacted] Sent: Friday, May 13, 2016 9:31 AMTo: [email protected]: Case ID [redacted]Good Morning [redacted],I’m writing in regards to Case ID [redacted]. This complaint was received to us on May 10th. The complaint was on behalf of the recipient....
The recipient called in to our company requesting the customer’s information as she didn’t know who sent the flowers. We were able to get in contact with our customer and the customer doesn’t want the information released. Due to our privacy policy we are unable then to provide the recipient with the customers information. However, we are able to release this information if the recipient contacts her local authorities and they fax over paperwork to us. We had a Supervisor reach out the recipient to explain the procedure. Once the local authorities have been contacted they just need to fax us over a request for this information on letter head and we can go ahead and release any information on the order she needs. The recipient has let us know she does not want to do this just wants us to release the information which unfortunately we cannot do. We will be happy to help once we receive the proper documentation from the authorities. We would like to consider this case closed as there is nothing further we can do to assist without the proper paper work. Please let us know if we can do anything further to help resolve this matter.Thank youSincerely,Tayler
