Phil did a great job installing a new water heater. Conscientious, and very professional - kept everything in the home very neat and tidy, explained what he was doing and gave me a great summary on what he had done to ensure a satisfactory installation.

Chris from Jupiter-Tequesta Air Conditioning was extremely knowledgeable and friendly. He helped me understand what was happening with my 2016 unit, made good suggestions for reliable brands in the event the unit has a manufacturing defect, and was prompt for the appointment. I became a Gold Member to get the discount on diagnostics and Chris helped me schedule my included maintenance in a way that can help diagnose the issue without a second "diagnostic visit."

Sean D. and trainee (sorry, I don't remember his name) were quick and competent when it came to my plumbing service call. The cleared the main line and replaced two leaky toilet tank pumps with no mess left behind. I've used this company for A/C issues, so I knew they were top notch. I guess I'll have to go for the trifecta and have them come out for any electrical issues. :)

Ron R. Carlos did a great job.

Wendell came promptly to do a six month checkup on my air conditioner purchased from Jupiter Tequesta Air last year. He was very courteous and completed the checkup in a timely manner. The only complaint I have is that I was told I would most likely need to have a UV light installed at some point to reduce mold buildup in the unit and ventsand this would be very costly. My a/c was costly enough-over six thousand-and now this? It is almost brand new-both outside unit and air handler were installed in October of 2016. Why wasn't I told this upon purchase? And I know no one who has a UV light. Can't help but be a bit disillusioned.
Other than that I have no other complaints.

Joseph serviced my air conditioning units today and as always with Jupiter Tequesta he did an excellent job.

My AC wasn't working at all. Sedrick, the JT Technician, trouble shot the problem and fixed it expeditiously. He was very competent and enjoyable to deal with. He represented his firm WELL.

Jose from Jupiter Tequesta came out and gave us an honest review of our AC units in our new home. He told us what needed to be done, and what did not (saving us some money as we though we should do more than Jose recommended!) We have been member of their "Platinum" program for two years, and feel it is full worth the money. They come when needed, (as a platinum member, you are guaranteed same day appointments, which is important in South Florida when your AC goes out!!!) They get the work done, and seem to charge fair prices.

Steve came out to give a second opinion on our office A/C repair. Very glad we asked for a second opinion. Turned out to be a minor repair instead of what we were originally told. They scheduled time to be here between 1-3 and as promised Steve showed up at 2. Would definitely recommend them. Steve is very professional and takes time to explain what the problem is and how it needs to be repaired.

Ronnie C. replaced an outside light fixture, and installed a surge protector on my electrical panel, and did an overall check of my house's electrical system. He was very thorough, professional, knowledgeable, and efficient. He was also very pleasant and went out of his way to explain to me what he was doing. I was very pleased with his work.

Rob came for a scheduled tuneup of my AC. Did a great job and made some upgrades and explained them
In layman terms so I could understand them. I will ask for him again for the next scheduled service.

I have used Jupiter Tequesta Air for 6 years, and I have had nothing but positive experiences. Someone always answers the phone, and they arrive on time most every time, and if running late, they call. Try that service with Comcast. I have never been misled about their products and service, and my A/C unit runs like a champ. Thank you Jupiter Tequesta for making customer service great again!!

Tamer was very good! Knowledgeable, and did good work. Time wise was very good. Jupiter-Tequesta has all their service on point, every time. Same day service, even after the hurricane!

I called Sunday Morning to get service. I got a appointment for that evening between 5 and 7pm. The driver Greg V. called at 6:30 to tell me he was on his way. He was very professional and knowledgeable. I told him I already clean out drain line and that the A.C was not very cold at all. He went out and check The unit. Put freon in and found a leak in the A-Coil. He ordered a new one.

Jose was the answer to our A C problems! We were having trouble when our electricity was returned after Hurricane Irma, and our AC went back on. We easily got an appointment with Jupiter Tequesta, and was happy when Jose arrived. He immediately got to work, did a full assessment, found the problem, fixed it, and put our concerns to rest! A blessing after the terrible storm we just experienced. Highly recommend Jose, and this Company.
