Rob B. did a very good job evaluating my old A/Cs situation. Gave me options for repair or replace. I appreciate the fairness he exhibited and his honest opinion. My best option turned out to be to replace my A/C and he worked with me to get a fair price . The installation was very good and uneventful, as I prefer. Good people .

James L. did a great job. He cleaned up and got done quickly.

I had James from Jupiter Tequesta plumbing come to my home to repair my kitchen sink. He was a very polite and experienced young man and did an excellent job. I would recommend him to anyone.

Alex was very competent and was able to quickly assess the situation and make recommendations. While he is a very skilled technician, his people skills are also excellent if not better. He was able to very eloquently and calmly explain the situation and options available. This was invaluable to us because it helped us make informed decisions. Thank you Alex. I hope not to need your services for a long time, but if we do I will be asking for you.

Chris is the latest in a long list of Technicians at Jupiter Tequesta Air Conditioning that provide top-notch service with a customer-first attitude. We couldn't be more pleased. I can only assume that management has made this a top priority and as far as I can see it is working well.

Very pleased with the rapid response! Patrick turned up about 2 hours after my phone call to the office! He did a good job investigating the problem.

Had a problem with our AC unit today. Called and was given an appointment for later in the day. Jesse S. arrived promptly as scheduled and after a lengthy inspection of our compressor, he had to give us the bad news that our Trane unit was a goner. He did however get it to work till we could get a new unit installed next week. Jesse was very professional and very pleasant. We are very happy with Jupiter Tequesta and their service

Jupiter-Tequesta is my hero. I called today at 8am (5/17/18), and ask for service on my air system. They not only put me on the schedule for today, but came earlier than scheduled and fixed the problem. Great company and Andrew was a pleasure to have at the house.

One of the best companies I've worked with in Florida. It's hard to find good contractors in Florida. They did a great job, arrived on time and cleaned up after themselves. They had all the required parts. It was a very good experience.

Needed a simply wax seal replaced on a toilet. Called their call center and was told the repair wouldn't exceed the service call. When they got to my house they told me the repair would be an additional $200. I then wasted 30 minutes arguing when them on the phone. I decided to hang up and call Buckeye Plumbing and they quoted be $150 less! I had a horrible experience with Jupiter Tequesta plumbing- I do NOT recommend them.

On May 8, 2018, J-T technician Steve performed a semiannual check-up on my two Carrier units. Steve was knowledgeable and did an excellent job. Money well spent and I would have line Steve to my future programmed check-ups.

Jupiter Tequesta personnel were very professional. The original service technician provided two options to fix our A/C issue. Once the recommendation was approved, they scheduled the service call and everything was installed timely and neatly.

Will use them again if the need arises.

Brian was very professional and answered all my questions. I was very happy I chose to have them be my AC service.

Jeff P was very punctual (2 hours early) gave me a call ahead of time to let me know if it was okay to come by early. Explained what was wrong with the unit and what he was going to do to fix it.All in all a very great experience. Thanks Jeff!

Joe did a great job doing my A/C annual service. He was extremely courteous, conscientious and very professional. He answered all my questions and did a wonderful job. I would definitely use Jupiter-Tequesta A/C again..!!
