Technician Samuel J came to perform a semi-annual checkup on my A/C which he accomplished expeditiously. He also addressed another concern I had in a very thorough and knowledgeable way. He was courteous and professional during the entire service visit. I have been a customer of Jupiter-Tequesta for at least 10 years and have never had a problem with the company or any of it's personnel.

Tech arrived on time. Explained what would be done in our bi-annual checkup and got right to work. He answered our questions and pointed out a few things we were doing wrong. We appreciated his suggestions. Very happy with our service and will continue to use Jupiter-Tequesta Ac in the future.

We had 2 Nest thermostats installed by Jeff. He was knowledgeable about the product and its capabilities. He completed the installation quickly and explained how the Nest works from our phones. I would highly recommend him and Jupiter-Tequesta AC.

Showed up on the time. Profession approach to diagnose problem, provide recommended next step. Very satisfied with Tech and Tequesta. Have used them for A/C for about 5years. Guess we will be using them for electrical work now.

Last week my hot water hear burst at midnight and had my first experience with Jupiter Tequesta Air conditioning, Plumbing when Matt answered my frantic call in the middle of the night as I was bailing out water from the drip pan . His calm demeanor was so comforting to me as he reassured me he would get a technician out iat the earliest morning appt possible .. He even called back to check to see how I was doing telling me everything will be ok . At 7:25 am Trevor arrived and determined the water heater needed to be replaced and that he would be able to drain it & remove it and come back in the same day and install a new water heater . He was efficient, professional and was so nice ..he even cleaned around with a sponge before he left .. The very next night my A/C filter started freezing to the coils and I had to call Jupiter Tequesta Air to come out to fix that .. I had just paid a lot of momey the day before for the water heater and now the A/C problems .. Don was the technician who came promptly the next day and he too was very pleasant ...everything seemed to be working after he serviced it but by the next day it was not .. .so now Woodrow was called to make another service call to my house. He was very knowledgeable,efficient and precise in going through his checklist to find the cause & fix the problem. He needed to order a new valve & coils and would install it when it came in .. When the wrong part came in ,he said he would drive to Miami on his day off and pick up the part and install it in the same day so that I wouldn't be without air over the holidays . Woodrow went above & beyond and I hope he will be recognized not only his professionalism , dedication but for his wonderful personality and kind heart . I would give this company 5 stars not only for the work they performed but for the kind way that I was treated .

Was very pleased with the service techs ability to fix my problem and be patient with all my questions. I placed a call because the heat wasn't working and they were out within 24hrs, diagnosed the problem same day, had the part 2 days later and installed it within 1 hour. There was a little confusion on when the part was coming in during a follow up phone call, but all was resolved quickly. Really grateful to get heat that quickly.

JT Air Conditioning calls twice annually to offer an inspection as our contract dictates. Greg came within the time window promised, did his check-up efficiently, wore protective boot covers, was pleasant and left. We have no complaints.

Trevor is very capable. He knows his stuff as well as eing extremely personable

I made an appointment with Jupiter-Tequesta AC to come out and look at my AC unit. Erik, the service technician, arrived on time and he was very professional and courteous. He checked the entire system and cleaned out the drain line. There was no mess to clean up and he stated that if I have any trouble with the AC system to call them and they would come right out. I would definitely use Jupiter-Tequesta AC again.

We have been using this company for many years. I have both a 2 unit a/c for house & a 2 unit a/c for barn. We have the premium service. This last week was just a maintenance tune up.As always staff was friendly, on time, knowledgeable. I would 5 star recommend this company my family & friends. We will never use another company for our needs . You can't beat perfection & skilled technicians, who respectively, enter your home & keep our active family cool or heat, This is just one more thing to cross off my list. As simply the BEST . Matt B, the Jupiter-Tequesta plumber, installed our new water heater quickly and without fuss. He showed up on time and cleaned up all evidence that he was here.

So far so good...recently purchased a service contract with this Co. and the process was quick, cordial and easy....well explained, easily understood. All promises were kept, materials provided in a timely manner. Service appt, the next day was efficient and Chris was very pleasant and knowledgeable. The only thing, I was not given an accounting of work completed in writing . Nice people.

We are very pleased with the professional service we receive from this company. We have used Jupiter-Tequesta on several occasions for plumbing, air-conditioning and today, electrical service. With no exceptions their technicians are professional, competent and courteous. It's comforting to know that when we have a need we can call them for prompt and expert service.

Chris came out and quickly found the issue and resolved. Came at the correct time and the building manager passed along that he was the best service rep. he had seen in sometime.

Eric called ahead and it was a super team, they are also very clean and did a great job.

Jimmy A. is great. Comes in does his job and is very conscientious about you property. Ensures he cleans up prior to leaving and is very unobtrusive. Explains work and answers all questions. Highly recommend him to anyone requiring HVAC service.

We were interested in air conditioning our garage. Hector came to our house on Saturday. His professional presentation and salesmanship and taking his time with us as of Wednesday our garage is air conditioned and we have a new hot water heater. They are also coming out to give us additional quotes for work we are interested in getting done. We would recommend Jupiter-Tequesta AC to everyone. We give them a five star rating.

Chris was absolutely incredible. He was extremely polite, professional, and knowledgeable. He arrived right on time, assessed the problem, and provided us with solution. We had every confidence that his recommendaton was the right one. We need to replace our 15 year old air conditioner that sees a salt environemnts Jupiter Tequesta is a great company to call. I contacted them at 7:30 this morning and someone answered the phone! The service man was here at 1:00pm. We'll have a new AC tomorrow. Thank you Jupiter Tequesta!
