Steve did a great job on my semi-annual service call. He was on time and very thorough. He took extra time to explain my system to me. Only technician to ask where my drain pipe came out of the condo and when I didn't know he helped me find it so he could complete the service checklist. I highly recommend Jupiter-Tequesta and Steve to anyone who needs AC service.

Had a tune up on AC done today by Joseph D.
Very professional did a great job Vacuumed condensate line which is important to me, I have had other company want to blow out the line which is old and Joseph vacuumed the line with out asking .

Had two issues this month. First team (Woody) came out to replace a thermostat that died, likely due to power surge, which they did & agreed it was still under warranty from the mfg. They arrived on time, were neat about their work. They also changed out the air intake filters and wrote down sizes/places for us. They also scheduled an appt for a power issue in the pool area. Steve M came out & showed us the wiring problem but also pointed out a serious leak in our filter canister that even our pool maintenance company hadn't reported. Would definitely call again.

As promised the day before, Jeff and Kevin showed up right on time and did a fantastic job servicing my Mother's A/C unit. They could not have been more courteous, knowledgeable and professional. I would highly recommend this company and these two technicians to anyone. They under promised and over delivered!!

Had major backup in sewer line. Wednesday, we thought Daniel had it fixed. it wasn't. No problem. Daniel came back the next day/night and fixed it. No questions, stayed until the problem was solved. Good company to do business with.

FIELD TECHNICIAN ERIC H., WAS AS GOOD AS IT GETS. EXTREMELY COURTEOUS, CONSCIENTIOUS, AND DISPLAYED A TRUE LEVEL OF PROFESSIONALISM. I HAVE PERSONALLY DEALT WITH MANY, MANY, TRADES PEOPLE OVER THE YEARS, BUT IT RARE TO SEE SOMEONE OF ERIC'S GENERATION, WITH THE DEMEANOR, AND ATTITUDE, NECESSARY FOR THE HVAC TRADE, AS WELL AS ALL THE TRADES. COULD NOT BE MORE PLEASED WITH THIS EXPERIENCE.

I have found it very easy to get a service call set up. They show up on time and are always very professional. They do a great job every time! I would recommend Jupiter-Tequesta to anyone.

Highly recommend Jupiter-Tequesta. Called at 8:30pm because we had no air, came out the next morning by 9am and fixed the problem. They have never tried to sell us more that what we need and are always professional and courteous. Always have a great experience.

Jupiter-Tequesta sent Russell and Ryan on Tuesday to install the new AC unit one day after ordering on Monday. They discovered it required cutting off AC to the entire stack of condos in our building, which required 24 hours notice so they were back first thing Wednesday morning and worked their tails off for over 3 hours. No wonder this company has an A+ rating with the Revdex.com.

Called on Monday, service tech came Tuesday. Fellow was very knowledgeable and diagnosed and fixed the issue that morning, along with some problems I didn't know I had, like blower speed too high and thermostat setting. I'm glad I got the Platinum contract and look forward to my 2x year servicing. It was well worth the money and I can rest knowing that my a/c system is being handled professionally.

Your serviceman Brian arrived even earlier that the 1 to 3 pm on the schedule. Took one look, told us the bad news, and then followed a couple hours as he tried to get us the best fitting AC replacement. A Class Act, he must have gone up and down the 5 stories at least 4 times to get us the best fitting AC. You'd be smart to keep this guy.

Andrew W. was extremely professional, knowledgeable and went over all of my options. Really helped me understand all of the what if scenarios and weigh the pros and cons. Excellent service.

Robert, our technician, arrived on time and performed the inspection of our A/C system with patience, skill and thoroughness. He pointed out all of the pertinent issues as he went along, and by the time he was finished, I understood my system in a way I never did before. Robert was courteous and professional. We signed up for membership in a service plan with complete confidence that we were dealing with a great company

Today, Sean C. visited our home to provide follow up information regarding our pool heater that needs replacing. He answered all of our questions regarding price, quality, and warranty, etc. J/T Air Conditioning installed our complete air conditioning system and continues to service and maintain our equipment. Sean and the other J/T techs are always on time for appointments, knowledgeable, polite, and friendly. Professional excellence like they offer is hard to find these days, but they consistently provide it.

I have a service contract with them and am always pleased with the technicians. Andrew was a very courteous technician. The phone service is excellent; they always confirm appointments. Technicians arrive on time and are knowledgeable and friendly. I am very happy with their service..

I give Jupiter-Tequesta Air Conditioning Service an A+. I have a service contract with them. They come twice a year and give my A/C a complete cleaning and tune up. They are always on time and if by chance they might be running late the office calls to let me know. Their service people are very professional and courteous.
