I do apologize for the delayed response from our Management If you could please give me a call at ###-###-#### and I would be able to assist you in getting a refund for the duplicate transaction

I am rejecting this response because:Every month the dues are automatically withdrawn from my [redacted] account- two payments per month of $each for our memberships under the names of [redacted] and [redacted] Their argument makes no sense.This is absolutely ridiculousIt seems that now they are coming up with this bizarre story of "past due" or "outstanding balance"If this is the case, why hasn't a word of this been spoken to me when I've been calling multiple times per day for the past week??Thank goodness for electronic banking- I have every posted payment since last year that I can easily supply, if neededThis is so absolutely insane- as a matter of fact I will be contacting the several other people who have been overcharged (I know of people, so far) and see what we can do legally as a class action lawsuit

Revdex.com spoke with a representative of the business who stated that they are no longer Fitness Evolution and in April of this year, bought the location along with the contracts and became Crunch EvolutionAs they purchased contracts of the current members, they do have the account history for this customer and they are unable to find any cancellation form on fileIn the customer's records, the business confirmed that the last check in for the customer was January They also stated that the manager mentioned in the complaint does not work at this particular location, and is actually at a location in Sterling, Virginia, and this location is not aware of any previous attempts to cancel the membershipThe business stated that the account has been cancelled, and that they are willing to offer a refund for the months that his account was a Crunch Evolution account in the amount of $

I am rejecting this response because:I never signed anything to be apart of your club
nor was I told about the changeIf I was told about it I would have given my days and ended the membership with fitness evolutionI am not going to pay for a gym membership that I did not want nor know that I hadI want all the money they have taken from me while under the new gym which is six months worth

The company shows no record of cancellation by the memberA balance has been accumulating on the account since January for the return paymentsIf the member can please provide proof of cancellation, we would happily waive balance that is owed on the accountAll memberships require a day notice
via certified mail or in person in order to cancel, and the account must be in good standing

I do not see any request to make changes on the account only in December when a hold request was made, at this time the account is currently frozen. The account will be reinstated in April. In order to terminate any memberships the account must be active and the last month dues need to
be paid. There was an appointment made in November to terminate the membership but the member did not attendTo complete the request to terminate the membership the member must either meet in with the Manager or via certified mail to the local facility

I have a feeling they finally responded because I filed a complaint with the CA Atty General's office this morning after I got off the phone with Revdex.com. I then wrote an update to my yelp review Fitness Evolution letting them know I did this since Revdex.com couldn't force them to pay me back. I also informed them that on 3/2/15, I would file at small claims court where Fitness Evolution would have to reimburse the filing fees. I want this claim with Revdex.com to stay opened. There was no error. They simply hoped I would go away. I sent them many emails and not once was I told there was an error. When I receive my refund, I will let you know.Thank you,*** ***

I am rejecting this response because: it is excessive For the same reasons that I filed this claim, the unnecessary stress it has put on me,and because of any possible misunderstanding on my part, which I am still unaware of...I am willing to pay $75.00, which is months of service from them, for which I used only weeksI honestly believed I left the facility on good terms, and was shocked to hear from them months later! I am rejecting this response because: there is no response from them other than that they are working with member services on thisWhat does that mean? When will I have an answer regarding this issue? Why
would they close all classes at the gym when they were included in our membership before they had their new gym opened? Sounds like a shady way of doing business to me

Hello,The member signed the attached personal training agreement with Fitness Evolution, not specific trainersWe have gone ahead and processed the cancellation and there will be no further charges on the personal training agreementThe agreement on file shows $240/month with sessions monthly
at $a session.We are able to have the area personal training manager contact you to get the remaining sessions setup with a trainer and as a courtesy issue pt sessions
