If that had been the solution, there would be no problem now Instead, every possible way to avoid providing what was charged to my credit card is being explained away, without ever providing the product paid for This is absolutely ridiculous.] Regards, [redacted]

Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below The details of the 7-day trial were hidden in the confirmation of the $product I did purchaseI have never purchased anything online that didn't include a receipt with details about what I purchased, how much I spent and other detailsExperian didn't send any kind of confirmation email like thatUnder the pressure of being away from home and away from my desktop computer (I bought the $credit checks while using a hotel computer), I was left to trust the company wouldn't raid my checking account for a product I didn't want, didn't need and certainly did not order.Also, when I called the company on April to complain about this, the first question they asked was for the card number of the debit card I had placed the order NOT my name or other non-financial informationThat threw up all kinds of red flags -- you've just raided my checking account against my wishes, and now you want to know my debit card number to raid my account again.All of these problems -- the lack of a clear statement of purchase of the original $(times two) and the request to get back into my debit card a second time led me to believe that this is nothing but a scam meant to defraud me of my money AND open the door to further scam artistsI'm shocked that they would try so hard to defend what I consider the theft of my money Regards, [redacted]
