Eternal Light solar flag still not received. Ordered and paid on 5/15/18. I want my flag.
Item was paid for on 5/15 from my bank. Mr. sent email that it was shipped. Tracking # still does not show shipped as 6/04/18. They state 7 days for delivery. Any negative comments are removed to make them look very trustworthy. Then they blocked you. ImI tired of waiting and their horrible,shady service. Where is my flag? I will never do business with them again.

Desired Outcome

At this point I should have my solar light over nightex. Wanted this for Memorial Day!

The promotion on the Flag Sign stated to allow 30 days for delivery.

Not Receiving Products I Ordered
I Ordered A Light Up American Flag And A Light Up Angle On April 25 And Have Not Received Them Yet. Called Them XXX-XXX-XXXX Over A Month Ago And A Lady Answead And Said They Was Waiting On A Shipment. Called A Couple Of More Times And No Answer. emailed them on may 23 and answer was should see it in 2-3days. emailed them again on may 30 with no answer.received an email on april 25 saying order was complete by ***.

Desired Outcome

want the items I ordered or credit for them

I bought a solar angel from this company and got complete garbage. Its cheap and their customer service is horrid
This company is a complete scam. Their products are listed at original retail of $95 and above. I ordered an Angel thinking it would be glass and nice. I got garbage. Its plastic, scratched, dirty and coming apart at the seams. I emailed them and got no response, I then commented on their Facebook page and they deleted all my comments and my negative review. They would not pay for me to ship the defective product back to them so I had to pay $10 to return the item. It was defective so they should have paid the shipping. Not to mention I was laughed at when I was explaining my issues with the item to the supposed customer service person on the other end. They are not professional at all and if they delete any negative feedback to me that says they have something to hide.

Desired Outcome

I would like my full refund amount on my credit card ($35) by the time they get my item plus the $10 it took me to ship their damaged product back to them.

I would like the cost of shipping their defective item to them refunded as well as it should not have been up to me to pay money to get my money back for their defective product. The shipping cost was $9.95 I have proof if needed.

I ordered the custom solar lighted cross on 5/4/18. I have not received this item
I spoke with a lady at eternal light on 5/11/18, she stated item would be shipped the first of the week. still no item. I have emailed company x 2 no response. spoke with a man on 5/18/18 could not get an answer as to when shipment will be sent. can not leave message on their phone. I am requesting a refund of $45.00 that has been deducted from my bank card.

A REFUND OF $45.00 THAT WAS DEDUCTED FROM MY BANK CARD ASAP

I bought what I thought was the Cross for a charge of $9.97 on Feb. 27 2018. I recieved on April 19, 2018 was a foam with fake flowers. I called them today and asked where is my Cross and they told me I didn't buy the cross that I only paid shipping on the free flowers. I needed to click on buying the cross for additional $35. Their advertising was completely misleading and deceptive. Why would I pay for flowers that I could get at any dollar store?

I also have ordered a Cross and Angel. Ordered on March 8th, 2018. I have been in contact by email with a Trent F. He told me that they were a small company and half of the employees are ill. I finally got another email informing me that the package was sent and a tracking # that say's only the company had notified the USPS but basically nothing has been picked up. IF OR WHEN was on the delivery part..IF OR WHEN??? So I am going to wait till Monday the 26th. If it's not showing a better update as IT WAS SENT AND WHEN IT'S ARRIVING I will be asking for a full refund! Oh I forgot, the email was on the 20th of March and 3 days later still says the same thing, USPS is waiting for package. I'll update you on the 26th to let you know what's up. I will also be letting you know what I think is going on by some research I have stumbled upon on this Mr. F.

Money taken without receiving product.
I placed an order with Eternal Light on March 10th,2018. The items ordered were (1)Solar Lighted Jesus $35.00; (1)Solar Lighted Angel $35.00; (1)Free Flower Arrangement $9.97; For a total of $79.97. The Funds were taken out of my PayPal account on March 12,2018. I was told it would be free 3-5 day shipping. On Monday, March 19,2018, I called the company, at 4:15 central time, during their business hours. I got a recording telling me to call back during their business hours from 9 am to 5 pm central time, Monday through Friday. The call then disconnected without a way to leave a message. I then sent them an email to their email address listed on the email they sent me confirming my order if I had any questions, ***@eternalightcross.com. I asked where my order is, I have not received confirmation of shipment, please respond by phone or email and gave my phone number and email. Today is march 20,2018. I have tried to call again, and still can get no one to answer. I want a refund. Thank You.

Desired Outcome

At this point, I am seeking a full refund to my account in the amount of $79.97, the amount they took when I placed my order for the items I never received. And please do not say the Post Office lost this order. I am registered with the Post Office. I receive a notice immediately when a label is created for my address. No label has been created for my address by Eternal Light Cross.

I am still waiting for my refund. The company said they were refunding immediately to my account. The money was removed on March the 10th. No products arrived. Complaint was filed after trying to contact the company several times myself before involving the Revdex.com. I should have read prior reviews of same instances of mine prior to ordering. Please just refund, it is now April 8th.

These people are not reachable by phone nor do they respond to your emails. They print things that are just not true to make themselves look good. They do not in fact stand behind what they say. If they did, we would not be having this conflict, and all would be satisfied. Their apologies mean nothing. They have finally returned my money to my account, but only after the Revdex.com has gotten involved. I thank the Revdex.com so much for their help with this situation.

product that I ordered never received
On 01/03/2018, I ordered a cross & angel from this company. After all this time, despite numerous complaints to the this company, I have not received my product or a refund of my funds. They kept my order should be shipped soon. On 02/17/2018, I received an e-mail informing that my order was shipped that day, via 2nd day delivery, which means my order should have been here at the latest, on 02/21/2018. Here it is, a week later, still no product received at my address. It has been confirmed that they have the correct address.

Desired Outcome

I want my product because it is going to the cemetery for my sons grave.
