Buyer beware. They overcharged me almost $20 for a shirt. I emailed them multiple times regarding the matter and requested a refund. They did not respond to my emails. The shirt was supposed to cost $7.95, but they charged me $27.92. This was the first time I had ordered from them, and will be the last.
The eternal light company over charged me. When I got my bank statement I was shocked.
I was charged $70. $19.95 and $35. And I ordered 2 lights I don't understand why? Please help I love the lights but didn't expect these charges. I am a child of God and struggle to make ends meat .
I think they were $70 and maybe $19.95 shipping and handling. But I think I deserve the extra $35. Please help me with this matter.

I ordered a heart light for my dad for his gravesite on July 30. When I ordered it through the website I meant to order the heart with purple lettering. However, when it arrived on August, 10th it the lettering was black. I tried to reach out to someone to help me fix this, but I was instead told that's how I ordered it, which was not my intention, the website was just super confusing because of how many screens you have to go through just to order. I was reached out to and told to send the item back but by then it was already pass the 30 day return policy. I'm just exhausted by trying to have my item fixed, and it was super special to me.
I would like to have a refund for the item and a refund for the lifetime policy that I ordered with it too.

8-9 -Ordered 6 shirts and 1 Christian box for a total of $68.74 from Eternal Light Co. Emailed on 8-25 did receive a response 8-27.
The response by email they will be sent out shortly. I had told them that I would report of fraudulent charges and dispute with Visa. 9-2 and still no confirmation of product being sent.
I would love the product or the money returned.
by the time this complaint was received the order was already processed for shipping but if she would like to refuse the package when it arrives we can issue a refund.
We are a small family business that is blessed to be experiencing growth and we are behind on shipping but doing so as fast as possible. We are sorry for the delay.
Eternal Lights did ship the items and was received on 9/4.
There is a charge added to my account without approval for $19.97. I am not sure how they did this.
The order you placed was for several shirts and then you added the Christian Box asbscription trial for $1 to your order. You did not cancel that within the 30 day period before the next box was sent. Would you like to cancel the future boxes?
Overcharging me multiple times for stuff I didn't order.
All I tried to do was order 1 tee shirt and ended up being charged multiple times to the amount of $149.44. I guess I didn't understand what it meant by, The Gift Card option. All I want to do is cancel my order for everything and get my money back because of the numerous charges it put my bank account in the negative, which will probably results in overdraft fees, which I don't have the money for that plus I can't use my account until it gets resolved and I have bills to pay. I'm sorry but I couldn't find my order number, but I did take a screenshot of my bank account to show you.

I placed an order and added $5 to the order to be sent an item value but never received the item.
When I placed my order I added $5 to get an item valued at $20 but never received the item when my order was delivered. I emailed on 8/18 letting the company know. I got an automatic response saying my message was received and it could take 48 hours. On 8/21 I got a response from Chastity Adams that I should get a gift card. I responded that I never received a gift card. On 8/24 she sent me two promotional codes for $10 off an order that can't be combined together. I responded at first confused, she explained what they were and then I responded telling her this is not what was promised and not acceptable. I have not received any other responses and have been blocked from posting on their Facebook page. I want a refund of my $5 at this point. This company is not honest, I don't want to do business with them.

I accept the refund, but want to be clear I was never emailed a $20 gift card as they claim. I was sent two $10 discount codes that couldn't be used at the same time. So, I would have needed to place two separate orders to get a $20 value, I could not get an item for $20 as promised. I can forward a copy of the email they sent with the codes or a screen shot of it.

They charged my card on 8/10/20 for $13.86 with shipping. It is now 8/27/20, have not received an email nor my purchase but my credit card has been charged. I just want these stakes ASAP so I could put the solar light cross back on my father's grave or if you cannot supply them credit my credit card.

I am sorry she did not want to wait on her order. We are shipping as quickly as possible and in the middle of moving to a new more efficient warehouse.
I do not accept their explanation. They stated in their ad turnaround was 7 days. I ordered on 8/2/20 expecting to have them before my vaca on 8/28/20.They didn't ship until after I wrote your company, contacted them , and put it on social media. 8/26/20.Oh but they sure deducted the mo ey as soon as I ordered. So they used my mo ney for 24 days?? They waited until then to do anything with my order?? I am leaving for vaca on 8/28/20. They lied and lied and need to be held responsible.

Just include your packing slip or a note (either one works just fine) that has your name and address or order number and your reason for return so we know how to properly handle the return.
You can also refuse write refused on the package and drop it off at your post office to avoid shipping charges.

The shirts fit well and I love the fabric and the logo! The fabric is not the heavy duty weighted one or a thin shirt that is see through, but a mid weight one that is perfect for me! No issues with the order or receipt for the shirt.

I placed an order on 8/4/20; today (8/19/20) my order is still confirmed. I've reached out to customer service and have not heard anything for a week and half. The automated customer service response ask for 48 hours to respond - it has been well of 48 hours. I referred 2 people to this company who are having the same issues. I would not recommend this company to ANYONE!!! This company is supposedly a christian company but they have taken our money and not fulfilling the orders.

My husband called the company several times left messages and received no reply. I sent 2 emails and received no reply. I absolutely love the shirts and all. I originally canceled my membership b4 because it took over a month and I didn't receive my monthly box. I then decided to try again and now it says I haven't placed an order. Yet the money was taken out of my account. I signed back up for the monthly box bc they said they had gotten more help. I even sent them a message on Facebook a few days ago. And still haven't gotten a reply. I hate doing any negative Reviews but this is just bad bc communication with your customers is very important. Subscription was canceled June 25th. Then she signed up again July 28th so I have that one canceled as of today.
We do not do facebook messenger it is not an option on our facebook so she may be messaging the wrong people.

She is referring to a promotional email that was sent to all customers to keep them updated with the changes. That was not an email sent to her "in response" as stated. I have a copy of the shipping proof if needed I can provide it. I have submitted it to the post office as a lost package claim. I will go ahead and issue a refund if they locate the package the customer is expected to refuse and return to sender.
I ordered a solar cross for my mother's grave and ordered me one for my garden on July 31. I had a photo and wordings put on it. After reading these reviews yesterday, I thought I had been scammed but got my orders today and they are beautiful! I'm fixing to order 2 more for my sisters.
