It sent me an email saying delivered on May 1 but I never received I'm handicapped so I'm at home all the time and my post man knocks on my door

If they can't get my product to me I want a refund I called the post and *** said he never delivered
This customer was already helped via email and refunds were successfully sent to her.
I ordered (2) solar angels & stands from this company before Christmas,have yet to receive the stands.Now they want me to ship angels back for refund.
Sent mult email asking,keep get run around.Now told they can't get them and if want refund to ship angels back!!
I will not pay to ship them back the angels,I just want my money back.
The "stands" are additional items. They do not come with the Angels that she purchased. The angels automatically come with a ground stake. The stands have been placed on back order so we refunded the customer for those. Her return was already approved and extended past the return date. She is welcome to return items for a refund.
I ordered from this company concerning an error on my order. The person I talked to in phone was very un cooperative. DO NOT do business with them.
This company has no desire to be of help to customers. I will never do business with them again and would warn others not to also.
To simply make a refund or redo my transaction at no furter cost.
The customer confirmed they received exactly what they ordered per the receipt. The items were customized and the customer made a mistake when typing the numbers. We offered to redo the order at the same discounted price but the customer declined.

On Dec 17th, *** emailed us and stated she received the wrong item. I have pictures of ALL of our correspondence since that email. *** states she has not heard from us, however, she responded to our emails as we helped her resolve the issue. The very last email she sent was saying Thank you.
I can provided images of ALL of our emails to *** and her responses.
Furthermore, we reshipped her order for you and the tracking number shows that *** picked the package up from her post office. I can also provide that information as well if needed.

This is a small family business and during the holidays when we are rushing to make sure everyone receives their items before Christmas mistakes may happen, but we are more than willing to resolve those just as we did already with ***.

Ordered a canvas from this company, never received my item.
I I ordered a 18"x24"canvas on 4/27/2019. I recreceived a receipt on line for $76.92 (which I have).
I have emailed the company numerous times because I never received a tracking number or any correspondence from them. I have called and left messages and still no re
sponse. Last night this company refunded $7.95 to my checking account, which I dont understand because that's no way near what they owe me and that's not even the shipping charges because those were $6.95. I sent the owner named Trent another email and told him that he owes me $76.92 not $7.95 and to please refund my bank account where the money was withdrawn from. I received no answer, I told them in my last email that I would be filing a complaint to Revdex.com and also to my PayPal account.
I want this company to reimburse my 68.97 that they still owe me.

I tried to stop an order from shipping to me. I was told I could return the item, but I have no invoice or information to do so.
I ordered two crosses from this company. With some confusion on the website, I accidentally ordered an extra item. I emailed the company on March 12 to modify the order placed on March 11. At that point, it had shipped, but I was told I could return the item for a refund (Ticket #XXXXX). When the item arrived, there was no invoice or return information with the package. I emailed the company on March 18, March 20, and March 21. The response I received on March 21 was told to call XXX-XXX-XXXX. I called this number on March 22 and left a message. They offer free merchandise, but customer pays shipping AND Handling charges on every free item even though they are shipped together for far less than what the company charges. Deceptive sales practices at best! BUYER BEWARE!!!
I ordered the cross and it took three weeks for it to come I was very happy with my purchase I also ordered the in loving it memory little stickers that go on your back of your car window it took a little longer but I call someone and they gave me a tracking number and I received the item within a week and a half so I was very pleased with the customer service they be provided me and my items I will be ordered from them again

I placed and paid $7.95 for shipping the order on 2/17/19. The item listed as Free, Only pay the shipping charge indicated. On 2/19/19 I received an email with a tracking number stating my item had been shipped. On the following dates 2/21,2/22,2/24,2/27,3/1 and 3/5 I tracked the order. According to USPS as of date they have not received my item. It has only received "Shipping Label Order." I emailed the company on 5 different occasions and inquired and informed them of the status of my order. On 2/28/19 the company replied to my email stating my order would be picked up by USPS and shipped on 2/28/19. However, as of date 3/14/19 the USPS shipping status has not changed as previously indicated. the item I ordered was personalized canvas "Because Someone we Love.. which was to be Free for a limited time and the customer was just to pay the First Class shipping cost of $7.95 which I paid on 2/17/19 and I have yet to receive my Order.

If there was a negative I would use it. I ordered a picture and the writing is not straight, the corners not secure and the whole thing is not centered on the canvas. I have written at least 5 times I. the last 4 weeks, including g pictures and nothing. Not even an acknowledgment that they are working on the situation or will get back with me. This is very poor customer service and I spent mo er to be treated this way and this is WRONG..right now it is buyer beware ��

I've purchased 4 solar address lights. The only problem was in slow response to my phone call when I had a question. They were mailed in a timely manner, friends love them. Company is almost impossible to reach a live person on the phone, but does eventually respond to email.

My email address was given to this company VERBALLY over the phone. I had them repeat it back to me two times. It was their error in inputting my email address, not mine. The companies response is "implying" that it was MY Error in email address on file. It was my error in ordering from this company.

I never implied anything. I was explaining why the customer did not receive an email. There was simply a typo on the email we have on file. I did not state that the customer is the one who typed the email in. Whoever helped her over the phone made a typo on the email address as stated in my response.
I bought the light maybe a year ago and went to put it away for winter , took batteries out & o-ring on battery cover broke ! Can't get ahold them!!!
I bought this solar cross and a solar angel before summer to have and went to get them end of season to bring home and clean up and I took the batteries out & the o-ring was broke ! Wasn't used long !and I deserve a replacement o ring for it or I can't put it Barack out cause water will damage it !!

I realized I had entered the wrong date on a memorial piece. They will not respond to calls,emails I want my money back!
They charged me for the shipping on the 1st piece. I didn't mean to click on the order 2 additional pieces for extra. I then realized the date was going to be wrong and I contacted them regarding this issue. they respond back with an email stating thank you for your order and it will be shipped, already charging my credit card. they didn't read my email. I asked to kindly remove my order as the shipping address wasn't even where I live.
I just want my money back so I no longer have to deal with them.

Unable to delete items from cart and unable to contact them by telephone. 5 email sent.
This company is saying I ordered items from them. I did NOT. I could find no way to delete items so I closed the browser. Now they are sending me emails about my orders. I did NOT place any order with them and don't know how they got my charge account number. I have tried repeatedly to call them and all I get is no one is available, call back later. I called 6 times and got this message. This company is terrible to deal with and contact!

I ordered 1solar light flag cross and received it in a timely manner. Love the product. It came in a brown box with red and blue tape and a sheet of instructions. No invoice or company information sheet. This was an online order. When I checked my credit card statement I have been charged 140.00 the price for 4 lights. There is a 4 printed on my statement before the phone number. When I call to discuss the issue music plays for a few minutes then a recorded message says no one can assist you now and to call back later so I sent them a private message to try and get the issue resolved. We talked for a few minutes and I thought things were going well. They asked had me describe the product and box. After a few minutes they blocked me and deleted our conversation. I tried to phone again with the same results as above. At first I felt like this was just a clerical error and could easily be resolved. I would like a refund for the 3 items I didn't order or receive.
