I ordered a tee shirt and has I were attempting to close out, my fingers some type of way click on something that says,"$10 Tip! I had no intentions on tipping anyone, so I emailed their support team and ask for them to Delete my order because it wouldn't let me do it! Noone ever responded to my email, the next thing I knew, the tee shirt was shipped to me today! There were no bill of sale included to show whether they credit me the $10 tip that I mistakenly hit . The shirt is nice, but I rather not have it at all if I had to pay an additional $10.

I am having the same exact issue! so sad they are promoting like they are a Christian small business. What a con! I have tried to get them to change my address as I am no longer able to receive packages at the old address. After 6 emails, I finally get an email saying the address was changed and subscription cancelled. WHAT A JOKE! The $$ is still coming out. Now I am told they do not have a subscription for me, but yet, I receive emails telling me that packages have been sent (to the wrong address). I SO HATE FAKE PLACES LIKE THIS! I have a small business and places like this give hard working, TRUE CHRISTIANS that own small business a bad name.
Well, there was no cart. After the last shirt was suggested, their site said my order had been processed (for all the shirts I had clicked on). I immediately tried to cancel my order, but it wasn't an option. So I contacted their customer service right away, but I never received a response. I tried contacting them a second time, a couple of days later, & still no response.
I posted my issue on their Facebook page, and they deleted my comment.
Shady companies w/ poor customer service are nothing new. But the fact that this company claims to have Christian principles is disheartening.
Love this company. Great quality and customer service. I have never had any problems with them. Shipping can be a little slow, but that's the only negative I can say. Great company!
Great Company!! I order a shirt back in June at the special prices. I got it for that price, too. Then I order my first Christian box and extra t-Shirt. Very nice. Then I cancel that subscription, I couldn't afford it every month. I send email to cancel and I got a very fast reply back. no Problems. Thank you customer services. Then I order a beautiful custom memorial Canvas in honor of my beautiful grandson ,who died at 3 months old. I love this company. Thank you.

I love Eternal Light. I have been ordering from them since husband and wife started their business. Their shirts are the softest shirts I have ever owned and they fit perfectly. Once you order from them you can join the VIP group which is a great group from seeing the new designs early to praying for our brothers and sisters who ask for prayer. Great company that cares about their customers. You will love love love their shirts!!!

I recently made a purchase in August 2020. I originally was going to buy one shirt, and then the company offered to sell a 2nd shirt in the color gray which I paid twice as much for the first shirt. When I received the shirts I noticed the colors were similar. One was navy blue and the other one was gray. When I emailed customer support the replies were very slow, and the company's support would not offer a resolution. One reason I ordered the shirts is because the shirts are made in the USA, and I plan to purchase items made in USA from now on. Customer Service is a joke, and would not problem solve and come up with solutions. I rated the company as a 1, and I will not order any shirts from this company anymore, I am a very disappointed and unsatisfied, and would recommend no one buy shirts from this company. If the company would have offered to exchange the item since the shirts were similar in color that would had made me happy, but the company did not offer solutions. I felt the company didn't value me as a customer, and the company did not want to make it right for me as a customer. Do not buy from this company!
Hi! The return and exchange policy is posted on the website. Everyone is allowed 30 full days to return any items for a full refund or exchange - no questions asked.
I contacted customer support and their email responses were very slow on responding, and customer service asked me to send pictures of the two t-shirts. There were several email responses, and the last email I sent the company the company never responded back. The company did not mention or offer me the option for a full refund or an exchange. Now that I know there is a 30 day full refund exchange that was never mentioned in the email, and now the purchase date has exceeded 30 days because the t-shirts were purchased on 8/20/20. I am very disappointed, and furious at this company for not even mentioning the information in the email responses to me. I feel the company ignored my last email response and did nothing to reach out to me to resolve the issue. I emailed the company 8/29/20, 8/31/20, 9/3/20, and 9/8/20. The company had several opportunities within the time frame to reach out to me to resolve the issue, but the company never did try to assist me in any way.
I ordered some shirts from this company and did their monthly package which sends me a shirt and a book each month. The quality of the shirts are sub par so I just received my September box and now trying to cancel as they say it's easy to cancel.... it's NOT!!!!!? No phone number, anywhere. Only a place to email I tried that a few times, and it's not going through. So no other way to cancel. I'll keep my September box, but want this cancelled before they send another one so my complain is they give you no way to cancel and the quality is not good. All I want is a cancellation so I get no more boxes, and this is suppose to be a Christian company who advertises easy to cancel. Can you help me with this? My fault....I didn't check for Revdex.com before ordering I trusted them........thank you so much in advance if you can help me.

Billing Adjustment Cancel my monthly box and something in writing from company saying cancelled

I ordered the discounted t-shirts which arrived. But since I have received another T-shirt every month and billed $ 19.95 subscription fee which I did not realize was connected to this offer. Now I cannot get out of the subscription.
