The email I received from the company stated I did not cancel a Christian Box Trial within 30 days.

I never ordered it in the first place. I don't want it sent to me and I want to be reimbursed on my credit card.

I placed my order on July 8 and I was charged although it did not ship until July 27. I just opened the package and am very disappointed. The quality of the shirt in the Christian box is only fair and the the booklet, although wonderful, combined, is NOT a $20 value. The faith, hope and love shirt is a much superior quality, but the screen print is OFF CENTER. I have searched for a phone number and finally found one on the Revdex.com website. When I called, the message was to email or use a live chat by clicking a "widget" on their website. My 2 previous emails took days to receive extremely mediocre responses and I just received an email that another order has shipped!! There is no "widget" for a live chat on their webpage. I am seriously questioning the integrity of this company.

I purchased 3 t-shirts at this Eternal Light Company. They said they would be send a tracking number shortly. They never sent this after one week.
I tried to contact the company after not getting word about the shipment after 10 days for 3 t-shirts I purchased. I wrote the customer service 2 days ago about this and I did not hear from them except and automated message saying they will get back to me within 48 hours. No one responded. I went to my bank to reverse the fraudulent charges after I went to the Revdex.com and found that they had over 50 complaints about the company with similar problems.

I am hoping that my bank can retrieve the amount sent to this company since the company is not responding.

The post office returned her package when we shipped it because the address says invalid.
We have emailed the customer asking for verification on the address. Attached are copies of our email and the customer will not respond to us.
I have canceled the order and refunded it back to the customer.

I have lived at this location for 6years. My address is not invalid. I just want my money returned. There has been absolutely no communication from this Eternal light company to explain anything. They did not respond to my email which was sent to their "customer service" twice. They did not write me to tell me the address was not working. There is no phone number to call.

I ordered my t shirt on 7/26/20. Received my confirmation the next day and received my shirt on 7/31/20. Love the shirt.

Need the order corrected to get the shirt I ordered.

On July 12, 2020 I ordered two shirts, order number EL - XXX-XXX-XXXX. Did not receive the correct shirt which was Always in my heart customized with the name ***. Total order was $23.06.

They were very prompt in sending me the shirt I ordered! I thank them very much!

I have tried to contact several times to correct my issue, I order a cross for my dad and the date was wrong and the inscription also very small print

I emailed them they have not emailed me back with a response to my issue , I called them also,I had order a Light up cross for my dad that passed away 5/24/2020 and his DOB is 11/29/1919 and I received the Cross with DOB 11/29/1990, The Inscription was also wrong, very small you could hardly read it.I sent them a picture of the mistake and the correction of how I wanted it and I still have no answer. I paid $52.00. Please help me resolve my issue or get my money back.

I bought a shirt and the website said that if I gave a $5 tip with my order I would receive a gift valued at $20. I got nothing. They won't respond.
On July 8th 2020 I purchased a black "Faith" t-shirt from Eternal Light Co. On their website it said that if I gave a $5 tip, it would help keep people employed AND I would receive a gift valued at $20. I thought this was a win win so I did it. My order number was: *** Two transactions appeared on my bank account immediately, a debit for $7.85 for the shipping for the "free" shirt that I ordered and a debit for $5.00 for the tip I was giving in exchange for a gift valued at $20. On July 11th I received an email stating that my order had shipped and it included my tracking number ***. On July 13th I received my package which had nothing in it except for the shirt. There was no additional gift valued at $20. I went to my email and sent a thoughtful nessage to the company about how I was disheartened at this less than honest practice. I received an automated reply asking that I give them 48 hours to respond. 7 DAYS LATER on July 20th I received a reply email from "Chastity A" stating simply: "You will get an email soon with a gift card." The title of the email was "This ticket (#***) has been updated". That was 8 days ago. I have checked my spam folder every day. I have checked my inbox and promotions every day but I have received nothing. I have attempted to respond to this email to no avail. I began posting on their VIP Facebook page about this and numerous other customers began responding and even messaging me about their issues as well! I shared the email address with them that I had been contacting. THEY BLOCKED ME! I began posting on their official Facebook page to expose their deception and to try to warn others about this company. I wish I had checked the Revdex.com and had seen their F rating before doing business with them. They make true Christians look horrible! Imagine if they scam 1000 people out of $5 every week! That's a $5000 profit! I never got my $20 gift. I wonder how many others didn't either.

The company never sent me an email, I have scoured ALL of my folders including spam and they never sent it. However, I used the code that they claim to have sent me to order a shirt on July 30th for which I paid shipping of $3.86. I still have not received the shirt or any updated tracking information.

The order is already with the processed through the post office, but if the customer will write refused on it when they receive it in a couple days then I will be happy to issue a refund as soon as the tracking number shows it coming back to us.
I am sorry we did not receive this complaint from the Revdex.com until after the processed order.

Put an order in for 2 shirts. They never responded my messages. Then almost 2 months later received a fake shipment to cover up with a tracking #.
Ordered 2 shirts for $25, after 3 weeks or so I sent messages and emails but they never responded. Almost 2 months later, I received a small envelope from China, with 2 fake pendants. I presume they used this to cover up and make it look like a shipment was sent to my address. I continued to try and contact them but still, no response. As I researched, many other buyers have been through the same thing. This definitely has to be fraudulent and it's a scam.

Desired Outcome

At this point it seems clear that this company's intention is fradulous based on what they have sent me after ordering with them. I believe the only sensible solution is for me to get the $25.98 refunded back to me. And hopefully they don't continue to scam other people this way.

ok so first, we are in Alabama not China so I am super confused what she is referring to about some pendents? I don't even know what that is.
I just searched her email in our system and have zero email correspondences from *** unless she has another email?
I have searched our system for her name, email, and address and we do not even have this customer in our system.

This person is either filing false complaints on companie, she has us confused with someone else, or the info provided in the complaint does not match the info on her order.

Please let me know what I need to do to further help.

Can she check and see the company name beside the charges on her card?

The corresponding business has informed me that they are not the company I had referred to. In fact the fradulent company that claimed to be based out og ***, *** are a scam. And they use fake shipments with tracking from China.
Please DO NOT proceed with the complaint as filed for the "Eternal Light Cross Company". Thanks

I filed a complaint with your office on or around July 16th(#XXXXXXXX) regarding delivery issues for t-shirts that I ordered through Eternal Light. They responded to the complaint saying that they would ship the t-shirts and send me a new tracking number. I never received the new tracking number or the t-shirts. At this point, I don't want that the t-shirts.

I want proof ( something in writing)from the company stating that the order has been canceled and refunded. I can't take their word because they have not been honest thus far. Once they send me an email with proof, then I will agree to close the complaint. This has been ongoing for almost two months. This is totally unacceptable. Especially forma company that use Christianity as means to promote their products.

False advertising for gift card. Receiving disturbing text messages that reference the names *** and *** which are the same names on their emails
I order a "free" shirt by paying only shipping. Was asked for tip and noted that if given you would get a free gift worth $20. This was done and I received a gift card number which I assumed was the $20. I ordered another shirt that was 19.95 plus 3.86 shipping. There were no totals given until the end...I was only give $7.95 credit for gift card. I immediately email and asked that the order be deleted and funds returned. Today I have received disturbing emails to my phone number by text referencing "a deal" with *** and *** These are the same names that are the emails I have received from Eternal Light.

This customers order has already been processed for shipping so I cannot cancel it and refund it. We are a small company and individually print each shirt we sell. She just ordered two weeks ago.
If she would like to return it for a refund when she receives it she is more than welcome to.

Shirt scam! Order 1 shirt free/ pay shipping and they keep adding to it.
I ordered a free tshirt, just pay shipping. Answered all questions with a no. Ended up getting charged for 3 shirts plus a membership. What was the purpose of answering no when their site takes it as a yes. My card got charge. I disputed it. Lost. I ve emailed them 3 times with no replies back. Please stop these company! They are screwing people over.

I ordered 1 shirt free plus shipping and was asked if I wanted 2 more shirts which I answered NO. then I get my receipt to find out I am being charged for all three plus I apparently subscribed to getting shirts every month. I immediately emailed them and said to cancel my order. I dont want the tshirts or subscription. And Ill let my credit card know whats happening. I sent 2 more emails to them plus tried calling and the recording said they are not taking calls only emails. Not once did I get a response back in reference to my emails. but I did recive notice that the shirts were shipped and more emails of things I could buy from them. Yet again. Not 1 response to my emails canceling my order.
I dont want the shirts, I want a FULL REFUND plus them to pay for the shipping to return the shirts.
According to Revdex.com site there are 90 coplaints about this compnay and I bet for the same reasoon.

Ordered the "free" shirt the end of May 2020. LOVE it!!! Referred my sister and her friend to the 'deal'. They ordered the shirt and as of today, 7/17/2020 still have not received their shirts. My sister also order 2 additional shirts, other than the free one. She has emailed them on several occasions and they reply with being shipped...some date reasonable close, but they never come.
I regret that I referred them to this company. :(

I ordered 6 shirts from this company and only received half of my order. I've received no response from them.
On July 7th, 2020, I ordered 6 gray "Faith over Fear" t-shirts for an upcoming girls outing. Order number EL-XXXXXXXXXX included: 2 large, 3 small and 1 xs. On July 13th, I got my order. I was pleased that they came so fast, but disappointed to find I only received half of my order! 1 large, 1 small and 1 xs. I messaged the company and received a message telling me to give them at least 48-72 hours to respond. It's been well over that now and I've had no response from them.

I received a shipping notice from them, that they have sent the shirts I was missing from my previous order.

I ordered t-shirts from Eternal Light Co. on June 9th. As of today, July 16th, I have not received my order.
I ordered shirts on June 9th. After waiting a couple of weeks, I reached out via email to check the status of my order. I received an email with a tracking number#XXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXX, but the items were never mailed. I reached out to them again and received an email on July 6th saying the items must have gotten lost and that they would send the shirts out immediately. I called and left voicemail, but have not received a return call. Today is July 16th, and still don't have my shirts. I sent two additional emails and I have not received a response regarding the status of my order.

I would like my items shipped immediately or my money refunded back to my credit card.

Wife ordered a $7.00 shirt and is now getting charged a $19.95 subscription fee which she had no desire to be signed up for.

Some pretty shady practices for a "Christian" company. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND!!!

I ordered a "free t-shirt" from an ad I saw on Instagram. The ad stated that I only had to pay the shipping cost (7.95). I also added on a donation of $5 because I thought this seemed like a great company. This was on July 9th.
When I received confirmation of my order, it showed that I ordered 3 size small t-shirts (all the same) instead of the one that I ordered, and I was charged the $7.95 shipping cost for each shirt. I immediately responded to the email confirmation saying that this was an error on their part and to please delete two of the shirts as I did not order them. I didn't hear anything back. I emailed again via their "contact us" link on the website, but haven't heard back yet. I finally went on an online search to find a contact number and came across the one on the Revdex.com site. I called and got a recording. The recording said to use the chat widget on the website to chat with someone if I had a question or problem. There is no such thing on their website. They also indicated that I could leave a message and someone would get back to me as soon as possible. I left a message stating the issue and their mistake in charging me for 3 shirts instead of 1, and I also said that I wanted my $5 donation refunded (I think I stated this in my email), and I haven't heard anything back. I am very concerned that I have been scammed, and am worried that this will not be resolved. I do NOT want to receive 3 shirts and then have to ship 2 of them back for a refund. This was not my fault and shouldn't be my responsibility.
I am requesting that my full order be cancelled, including the $5 donation. I would like to be credited for my total purchase if my card has already been charged, and do not want to receive any shirts. Thank you.

This is so ridiculous. Why would I order 3 of the exact same shirt, same size, 3 minutes apart? And if so, why are all three purchases on the same invoice rather than separate ones if they were, in fact, three separate purchases? Either there is some type of glitch on your website order page, or this company is extremely unethical. I will be returning the extra shirts and hope that you stick to your promise of refunding me the extra shipping.
