In July we signed up for personal trainingAnthony, the program manager at that time offered personal training where my husband and I could work out together for 30min, twice a weekEOS got a new manager in October that decided not to honor this contractRepeated visits, phone calls and requests from EOS trainer, Jenna did not lead to any resolutionPhone calls were never returned and then we got a call from ABC their billing company with a threat of sending the matter to a collection agencyAfter repeated attempts we got the manager in December, Brian G*** to give us in writing that they would honor the original offerWe agreed to start the training in January and EOS billed our credit card in DecemberLast week (January 18) when we went to schedule the sessions, the new manager, Brian J*** said the letter was irrelevant and our training sessions expired in October and NovemberHe is unable to helpEach time the manager changes, the policies change and I am frustra
I signed up 6-month contract with EOSThe trainer did not show up on the first training day not did not seem to careThe next three trainers were very irresponsible as wellI tried to cancel the contract because I was very unhappy with their serviceThey said no, because I was bound to a contract I complained about their poor service and no one listenedI spoke to four different employees, and they said the next manager would take care of the problemThe last supervisor promised to make my experience better by giving me a few more free sessions but he resignedThey kept one promise, and that was to take my money automatically from my checking account The contract expires December 1, I am extremely angry because of all the time and money I spent on this gym

I joined Smart Gym in Chandler Smart Gym closed their doors and didn't notify the members The membership was transferred to EOS Fitness without my knowledge or consent EOS is attempting to collect monthly dues from my checking account and now have ABC financial contacting me for collections I do not have a membership with EOS Fitness nor do I want one I called the manager at the Chandler location and he informed me the membership was transferred to EOS As I had stopped the payment at my bank, he stated "the membership will continue to pend." He offered me day free trial when all I wanted was to stop the payment for a gym I never joinedI am now being harassed by their collection agency

EOS club will not resolve over billing issues on my account at the Tempe location You have to go to a 3rd party to cancel the account....they are not helpful at all on cancelations They billed for additional services after I received an email from the cancellation services for additional fees even thought services where suspended Still waiting for a call

Company has failed my many requests to reimburse me NSF fees caused by their taking out unauthorized payments from my checking accountI was told by a former employee that eos does not refund NSF feesHow unconscionable!! I have submitted a copy of my bank statement per their requestNone of my many, many follow up calls have gotten me anywhere
Be careful of their bait and switch $per month scamI only found out about the $in additional fees after some slick signup work by their salesperson, and I was very specific early on about how I felt in regard to the additional fees and costs of other gyms like 24hr Fitness
Of course, I walked out when I was finally hit with the "enrollment fee" and never lifted a single weight in their establishment, and am now being harassed by a collection agency on their behalf I'm about to get very public and very loud about this if it continues

On July 1, 2016, I signed a one year (month) personal training contractI attended my personal training sessions until April when I was notified that my trainer had been promoted and would no longer be training peopleI was placed with a male trainer, felt uncomfortable working out with him, and stopped attending my trainingI continued to pay $per month for training despite not receiving any training after April, due to my contract being in effect until June 30th, On July 3, 2017, I made a final (12th) payment of $136, fulfilling my personal training contractI called the gym repeatedly and was told someone would call me back but I did not receive any calls backOn August 2nd, my bank account was charged a 13th payment of $I disputed the payment with my bank and they began a fraud investigationI was notified on August 8th that *** ** *** had disputed the transaction with EOS's bankOn August 11, I was charged another $and filed a second fraud co
The gym makes is very difficult to cancel your membershipThey also charge you an annual fee and when saw that I was being charged and annual fee I then attempted several times to cancel and not have to pay that fee, which my sign up salesman never informed me of, but I assume it was in the fine print somewhereThe front desk will not accept cancellation requestsThey say to visit cancel.eosfitness.com on the web, that website doesn't existSo, you get to the regular website and try to find the number to callthen you wait on hold forever, then you get through and the people at *** *** can't really explain what's going on with the fees and are not much helpEasier just to dispute the charge with the credit card company and try to block *** *** from charging you anymoreOnce ABC gets the charge back, then they jump into action trying to collect their fees, that's when you can finally get their attention and respond to their email with "CANCEL ALL OF OUR MEMBERSHIPS"
I reinstated my membership with EOS in July of after cancelling for non-useI attempted again in August/September to cancel my membership because, again, I was not using the facilities and felt that I should not pay for something I don't useUpon calling the ABCFinancial call center, whom handles all of their billing and cancellation requests, I was met with aggressive and rude people who refused to cancel my membershipI have now been subject to receiving emails about my past due membership dues, etcI have called the EOS Club in my area (Las Vegas Northwest) and have not been able to get a call back from anyone there with a solutionI refuse to call the ABC Financial call center because they are rude and aggressive and have refused in the past to cancel my membership

Back in June I called EOS to cancel my membership which I was told would be taken care of
I then realized in August my account was still being charged I went back and forth with numerous personnel before I reached the general manager Diego Diego said he would make sure my account would no longer be charged, cancel my membership, and make sure any fees were reimbursed
More than several fees were continued to be charged to my account Diego took care of one and had it refunded to my account The remaining have not been refunded even after all this time Because I was dealing with Diego directly (who is not very easy to reach and doesn't return calls right away) my bank says I am outside the "window" for them to assist me I called EOS AGAIN for Diego to return my call twice and have yet to get a call
