My son who is under signed up with Eos Fitness not realizing that he was signing a membership agreement which he is not legally allowed to sign without a parent/guardian's signature He paid $for what he thought was a trial membership Eos has continued to charge $to his card when he thought it was just for one month trial Bottom line my son was not as they require to sign a membership agreement and there was no parent signing the contract on his behalf I contacted the club after a charge came through for $ They did not return my calls I called again after another charge of $hit my son's account I spoke with the "manager" who gave a fake name "***"I explained what happened, he said he would cancel the membership and speak to the GM and call me the next day I have called several subsequent times, left messages for "***" which is apparently code for "DO NOT RETURN CALL" I still have yet to have any of my messages returnedMy son has bee
I have attempted to cancel my personal training for months and they continue to charge my bank account $per monthI spoke with the front desk this morning and it still has not been cancelled and I am unable to cancel it because only the personal trainer manager can cancel the service and they no longer have a personal trainer managerSOOOO
I enrolled with the EOS Fitness on October, , I went on 10- for my first day of training and notice right away that the restrooms were not clean, and honestly was complied disgusted by the condition of the ladies restroomsI went the next day again for training, and still no changesI thought to give it one more day to see if there was any changes, but that was not the caseOn Friday 10- I decide to cancel my membership, and called the EOS Fitness on SEastern Aveat 5:PM and asked to speak with the Manager of the facility, but the Receptionist respond was that he was not available for the rest of the dayShe asked me what was the reason for my call? I respond to her, that I wanted to cancel my membershipShe told me that I had to call a different number to cancel my membershipI called that number without knowing that there were hours ahead of us, and the Receptionist never mentioned of the time differentTherefor when I called there were closed already,
EOS Fitness continues to charge our account even though we have requested cancellationIn 2014, I signed a contract for monthy membership at Golds
Gym for $16.95/moEOS honored that rateI signed up for a free month of personal training class "UP" in October and asked to be removed from the class and charges after the free monthI spoke with the manager Justin and he said he would take care of taking me off of the list and chargesNovember until current day we continue to be charged the $120/mo for the UP classesI called the facility over times between November and current day, I have spoken with the manager Keith who referred me back to Justin who said he would take care of itIt has not yet been taken care of and we continue to be chargedI have attempted multiple times to cancel my membership entirely at EOS Fitness, however, because I signed said "UP" contract (which I never did and asked multiple times to be taken off the list/charges) I cannot end membership before monthsWe should be refunded from the following amounts: December 1: $(of the $charged)December 28: $(of the $charged)January 28: $(of the $charged)February 29: $(of the $charged)March 28: $(of the $charged)Also, we want our account cancelled and closed. Thank you. Lisa D*** (Lisa Y**)
We have been fighting with this gym for the past monthsDespite cancelling our memberships last July due to a move across town, the gym WILL NOT STOP CHARGING USMy husband has been on the phone with them numerous times and was assured our memberships were cancelled, yet money keeps disappearing from our checking account on a monthly basisStay far, far away from this place unless you want an eternal gym membership!
I walked into EOS on 3/requesting they cancel my account due to a relocation The desk attendant said it would be easier for me to handle this myself online or over the phone She said she was busy
Today I called and since my most current payment posted today, I am required to pay another months Had it not been for the poor customer service when I was physically present at the facility, I would not have incurred an extra month of charges I will never utilize an EOS or other affiliated fitness facility ever againI belong to another facility which I was going to keep my membership with as it is near my new location I now will also cancel it and find another gym with reasonable customer service
I SIGNED A CONTRACT WHICH WAS EXPLAINED TO ME THAT I WOULD BE PAYING A FEE ONCE A MONTH FOR A PERSONAL TRAINING, NEVER RECIEVE A COPY OF THE CONTRACT, NOW I'M BEING CHARGED TWICE A MONTH ,WHICH I DID NOT AGREE TOO
My experience with this gym was 1st going very wellTill that was that I was wanting to cancel my personal training sessionsI had been calling for about a week and never got a response from the manager till I had to go in myself just to end up being told I wouldn't be helped and that he would supposedly "review" my contract and give me a call by the end of the night and that for the moment I couldn't cancelNever once was I made aware that I signed into a one year contractA couple of days later when I had one of my training sessions, the manager came up to me and started laughing disrespectfully and telling me, "so I reviewed your contract, and yeah there's nothing we can do." Then continued to laugh and walked awayNever once have I ever felt so disrespected and the lack of professionalism with this company is unacceptableI would like to continue working out at EOS despite the level of disrespect I received but I no longer want to continue personal trainingI was recommended by so many friends of mine to sign up, but unfortunately this experience has been the worst

I signed up for personal training on 9/5/because after questioning the personal training manager multiple times, Arthur told me that so long as I cancel by Monday (9/11/17) I will get a full refundHe stated I would get free sessions to see if I liked the service or notThe service however was too expensive so I went in on Monday 9/11/to speak with AJ about cancelingHe told me that there would be no problem, and to consider it doneI asked when I would receive my refund, he told me I should see it within 7-business days(Somewhere between the 20th and 25th of September.)
Not a problem I told him and thanked him for his help9/26/came around and I went to speak to him again about my refund, which I still had not receivedHe looked it up in his system and it showed that my account still hadn't been canceled and I was charged an
I have not been able to cancel my membershipTold by the gym to call an number, but when called I am told that the gym itself must cancel it
I was given an ID number via email (***)I was very appreciative of MrMarcel K***i and MrShilpi G*** Sullivan upon signing up and have had no problems at any gym locations, but no longer have a need for membership as I work at a resort which allows for corporate employees to work out in our *** gym as well as *** gymI am very confused on how to come about cancelling and being told opposite thingsI understand that am on a month-to-month with the ability to cancel at any time -- how does one come about this?
I agrees to sign up for a non contractial membership with EOS for $monthly for each membershipAn EOS consulted with *** *** about training sessions According to *** she was quoted one price and was offered free sessions with no mention of any type of contract for training sessionsUnbeknownst to me I receive charges for training sessions, at that point I contacted the Trainer to find out why I am being charged and I insisted that those sessions be canceledIn speaking with the trainer he said that we would be charged for three sessions and any future billing would stop after the third session was builtHowever I've continued to see charges after the third session so I called again and he claims that there will be months of billing and then he says it's a month contract up for a month contract which is conflicting because payments does not equal months, let alone there is no reason to sign up for a one or two year contract when I'm paying month-t
Denny G***, their head fitness trainer is a total liar and a crook! He looked me directly in the face in December apologizing for their shoddy trainers and said that my auto-renew was cancelledRIGHT IN MY FACEmonths later I am getting charged for not renew month but full renew monthsThese people are really why all the terrible stories about gyms get toldIf you're going to use EOS pay $and that's itTheir PT is a jokeThey basically watch you while you work out and give a 'good job' once in a whileOutside of PT, they dont even know you existDENNY G*** is a terrible person and needs to be fired (although according to EOS I am sure this is exactly what they want) He is 100% scamming everyoneIt's all a liedo not trust this person
There was a call.from a collection agency saying I owed over dollars to Eos Fitness the contract was for myself and Jason I don't know a Jason at all so I called the gym and spoke with the manager who then told me that I only owed dollars something in that range I asked him was he sure I explained the call and he said he must have been a mistake with the collection agency yet its on my credit report now
If I can rate this business a or a negative I would!
I am filing a complaint for ABC Financial and EOS Fitness- I paid for a 6mos personal training in April I contemplated personal training for many years, but the financial commitment has kept me on the sidelines for so longBeing overweight it has impacted not only my health but my career- which is in sales (commission based)I realize you have to look good and dress for success to do well in business so it was something that I wanted to do not only for my health but for my livelihood I want you to understand that this was a very BIG DECISION that I wanted to do for many years (I am 53) but never took the plunge because of the cost
I go to EOS and speak with the PT manager at the time, Chris W, who sold me a bill of goods of what he's going to do for meI believe in what he's promising and sign with HIMWhen I show up for my FIRST session- he's no longer thereI signed to have him as my PT but what did I expect from a big box gym? They assign me to someone else - fine but I wouldn't have signed if it wasn't promised that Chris was going to be my PTAfter months of just going through the motions and a lot of cancelled sessions, I find that the financial commitment is not worth it for me - I see no resultsI want to cancel
The PT manager at the time, Tony, tells me that there's no way to get out of the contract, that I have to pay the full monthsThat's crazy that there's no exit clause how do I get out of this?!!! He and I go to his desk and he starts typing and we agree that I can take a break and when I come back I have only one more month to pay and that I can just finish off the banked up hoursThat was the agreement!! I go back as agreed in Nov/Dec to pay for that one month and use my banked up hours
I've been very honorable and keeping my word and commitment even though I feel that I have gotten zero out of it - I paid what I agreed toHowever, when they attempt to take another payment in January - luckily my credit card backed it outThere is of course now another PT manager who has no idea what Tony and I discussed and what I thought he updated in my accountHe tells me that I owe for this month and the day notice so next month as wellThat's an additional $720! Not acceptable! I tell him that I cancelled with Tony before the summer and we have agreed that I only have one more payment and to finish up the banked up sessions - he tells me to call ABC Financial
I call ABC Financial and hear the same storyThere is no management to review or make decisions, just a revolving door of PT managers and clerks telling me I owe I owe for something that I see no worth for meI have months of sessions that they are holding HOSTAGE until I pay for these additional two months that I don't want nor agreed toThey don't care to make it right with me- they only threaten to ruin my creditSo they've created this fight not meIt is the principle that I kept my word and they haven't that I don't owe these additional two monthsI want them to cancel these months - and they actually owe me the months they are holding hostage! What should've been a positive experience if Eos Fitness truly cared about its clients turned into one of the most negative experiences I've ever had and it's very sad!
Please resolve!I never went to the gym in DecemberAll of the times they provided I am still working as I work until 4:I would like to accept the refund for December, January and February plus the late feeI have emails from work dated during the time and date they say I visited the gym in DecemberI have proof on most of these daysI would love to resolve this with the refund of December as wellI did not go back to that gym after I called for the cancellation. Please advise
So my year old decided to sign up for a gym membership at eos fitnessShe said the gentleman "***" at the thunderbird az location built rappor with her since *** went to the same highschool my daughter was going to and he offered her a "hookup" of free personal training for daysWhich is a lie because he signed her up an expensive contract and failed to show her the page that says she was enrolling in over in personal trainingMy daughter when she decided to inform me of all these charges coming out of her bank account finally told me what happenedShe said she never agreed to a personal training contract and that the guy "***" lied and dishonestly signed her upI know it's his word against my daughters so I pulled up there cancellation contract and decided to just prove that come August my daughter will be attending "NAU" so she will be no where near an eos fitness so I spoke to *** *** who said to send a bank statement and a credit card s
