I have attempted to cancel my membership with EOS fitness for awhile nowI went into the business and was told that I had to cancel it onlineWhen I went to cancel it online, it required me to email a company called abcfinancial at ***, which I have done twice with no response I emailed the company on 9/and on 9/If there is a day cancellation notice that is required, they have emails dated in September so once my membership is cancelled, I should not be charged on 10/My membership number with them is ***
What an absolute joke this place is I tried canceling online and in person to only obstacles and still unsuccessfullyEos fitness is one of the most unethically run businesses o have ever seen All smiles signing you up and everyone can help you,but try to cancel and apperantly no body is capable They charged me over 100$ after I sent multiple emails and phone calls trying to cancelI went in person and they said come back another time because the one person who can help me is off A guy named Tim who works there patronized me with his nose up and said "that's policy" Tim is a nutshell of this place unethically run byIf you read this do not join this terrible place if you do make sure you read the fine print

I went into the gym location and also called to cancel membership over months ago as I was moving out of the stateI continued to be charged $a month
I called the gym to inquire about a refund, was told a manager would be calling me backThe manager never called
I called ABC and they stated they do not see a request to cancel (how convenient)
This is the second time this company has force charged me after canceling service
I went into my EOS in April to cancel my contract I was informed it would be canceled no problem They had me meet with the GM or someone that claimed they were a manager to see if there was something they could do to keep me I said no, so they updated something and told me I would not be charged past May In June I got charged again I called in and spoke to "Amber"? on june 29th She advised me they will issue a refund and update my information Here we are in July and I just got charged again I talked to Manny and he basically just yelled at me and told me there is nothing he can do and that I will be charged again and because what they noted in the account doesn't match what was actually done he refused to help the situation I asked them to pull the call and recordings and he made excuses to why this couldn't be done and why they could reverse my charges

Hi I recently got a membership with you guys and I went to the ahwatukee location and spoke with nick regarding the membership and I signed up but asked him if there was any way I can get my payment moved to the 9th of novemeber just because I don't get paid until then and he said yes he can do that for me, because I didn't want my bank account to bounce and go into the negative and on november 3rd, I was charged the membership and annual fee and I had money in my account for my internet bill which was due on the 4th and since the gym bill went through I no longer could pay that bill and now my checking account is negative $and I am over beyond pissedi spoke with nick and he simply told me he coudlnt do anything but make every payment from now on go through on the 9th and that isnt what I wantedI have NEVER been so mad, one of your general managers was so incompitant that they couldnt do one thing I askedand the only thing he could do for me is give me a free hour of persona

The Staff at Eos Fitness never clean or wipe down the Equipment , when we asked why they never clean their answer is that they are short staffedMe and of my gym friends got very sick just recently and still recoveringAll the Gym equipment they have are broken and they don't replace them on timeThese were not the issues when the gym was owned by *** gym last year
