I am rejecting this response
because:I have responded and have sent numerous pictures, we want the kitchen floor replaced, the trim and wall fixed to its original state and the entry way area fixed. The ten boxes proposed will not cover the kitchen which now has another area that is bubbling, just do the right thing and replace the flooring. They said that they had spoke to my husband who had agreed to the ten boxes, this is not acceptable to me, I have asked numerous times for the company to contact me and not my husband since he is very hard of hearing and almost deaf in one ear but they continue to call him. All I want is the floor replaced and the rest of the issues resolved
