I am rejecting this response because:The business attempted to justify their pricing by telling me that they offered me a business owner discount which "is lower than the 1/off" promotion. After doing some research it is clear to me that they inflated the prices by more than double and then claim that it was suggested retail price and the price quoted was half lf that. I could not find any other business that charges as much as they do. In fact, even with the alleged "1/2off" they still come at a higher price than anyone in the city for similar quality product and installation. *** *** and *** as well as a few other specialized business in the are out bid them by 20% even at full retail price. Empire Today is engaging in deceptive advertising and offer substandard products with extremely limited selection. They are engaging in unethical practices by claiming that I was offered a business owner discount when I told the salesman from the beginning I am an active duty member of the Army.

I am rejecting this response because: as of July 26-I I am still living with the carpet unfinished
and my transition to the new laminate floor still damaged Several people have looked at the problems but no one has fixed anything!

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ***, and have sent them an email agreeing to a visit by a qualified installer for inspection and determination of suitability of a restretch of the carpet. They have not responded to me directlyI expect assurance that a restretch will correct the problem without the carpet (product) repeating the "bubbling" event again in a year or two. This product in my home is obviously of substandard quality, and the installers did not do a quality installationEmpire may call me or email for a day and time to complete this

The 3/round ends are not pretty but I wasn't knowledgeable enough to be specific in the order. I can ask for nothing more contractually. Read your contract.
