I am rejecting this response because: The packet containing a very detailed complaint along with photographs will be transmitted within the next seven days Upon acknowledgement of receipt, I will consider closing this complaint as it is becoming painfully obvious that regardless of how dedicated the staff may be, restitution for out of pocket expense is all I can expect to receive All other deficiencies will simply be ignored

this job has yet to be completed as promised to start on Sept 29th then again on Oct 1st and yet again on Oct 12th no one has shown up to lay my new product sitting in my living room oh my three weeks of dealing with sub floor this is just wrong and now I'm being told this is my fault by Jim the installation manager so rude
I was highly impressed with this company from my sales appointment all the way through the installation As I soon found out, replacing my whole story home with new carpet was like movingAfter a week or more of packing up all items, I was worried how the installers were going to get all my furniture moved and back in placeI imagined the worst Well...I was extremely satisfied with the installation crewThey were respectful of my home and furnitureThe lead crew man was professional and explained everything at the beginningAlso he welcomed our questions along the wayThis crew had a great process that allowed them to complete the job within one day with efficiency
