of $comes nowhere close to resolving this issueThe work is still not complete, Empire has missed at least appointments with no explanation, is at least weeks behind their promised installation dates, and continues to misrepresent their services and ignore their contractual obligations.I expect to be compensated for the fair value of the time I have spent dealing with this issue, which is now in the neighborhood of $Soon I will seek legal recourse because of Empires continued disregard for their responsibilities, regular misrepresentations, and fraudulent business practices

We are confused by the customer’s replyThe customer’s contacted us earlier this year and advised their bathroom had a leak which damaged the installed flooringWe did not cause such leak, and such damage is not covered by warrantyWe agreed to replace the damaged flooring for the customer’s cost of $We completed the take up & had a 3rd party inspection in mid-March 2017. The report found no issued with the material and installation & we offered to move forward to complete the repairsSince inspection, the customer is claiming additional moisture damagesWe have recommended the customer have the site further inspected by their own contractor

We thank the customer for their feedback. Testing prior to installation is not applicable to the issueInstallation was in April this year, with the customer first contacting us regarding the concern in AugustBased on internal inspection, there is a moisture issue that occurred after the flooring installation We therefore recommend post-installation testing. Once the moisture issue is resolved, we would be happy to work with the customer on their cost of replacement
