I am overly satisfied with ematic products! Definitely can't wait to share them with my family this holiday season!

Defective lightning cable not replaced as promised
I purchased an eMatic lightning cable from Fry's Electronics on January 9th, Less than a month later, it broke I filed a warranty claim within the days specified and sent in pictures of the receipt and broken cable I was assured a replacement cable was on the way, however no replacement has ever been sent I have called them several times and had my ticket "escalated" but no replacement has ever been sent nor have I received a oft promised call back to explain the situation

Purchased a Sprout Channel Cubby in Novemeber of & it is already malfunctioningHave contacted customer service to no avail
I am disgusted with the customer service I have received on my Sprout Channel CubbyI would expect it to work better than it does as it was brand new (not refurbished) & it often closes out programs while my son is playing themOther than that, it has worked ok, but recently it has acted as if it were resetI know my son didn't do anything to cause this because I watch him with the tabletI tried to log back in with my parental control credentials, but it says I don't have an accountHowever, if I try to register a new login, it says "someone with this email address already exists."

Got this for my son and he loves it
We got the blue portable DVD player for our children for Christmas We were flying for a few hours on a new airline that did not have a tv screen and internet service This saved the day; it came with a bag, for storage, and also, a headphoneIt kept them entertained, and there were no dirty looks from the other passengers :) This was the perfect gadget for travel in car or plane
