I love my ematic tablet its amazing and just perfect for me and just what I needed im glad I got it

love the size and the keyboardplus I get to upgrade to windows for free on it

Company refuses to cancel my subscriptions after several requestsSupervisor does not call back and you are forbidden to speak to them directly I bought two Sprout Cubby's about years agoWe decided to upgrade on tablets and I reset both cubbies and gave them to another familyI begin emailing Sprout customer service for the subscription to be cancelledIt never wasI tried calling the customer service line to be told a supervisor would call me back but they never wouldI was not allowed to speak to a supervisor and I was infomred there needed to be an investigation to allow the cancellationThey have now refused to take my phone calls and continue to charge my account

I ordered and paid for 2 units of the eMatic 4.3" FunTab Mini Android 4.0 Children Kids Multi-Touch Multimedia Tablet via eBay on 15th July. Upon receipt of both units I discovered that one was faulty as it was not charging at all. I returned the faulty unit to Altatac on 14th Aug 2013 but so far I have yet to receive the repaired/replacement tablet to date. I am genuinely frustrated with this case as no one in Altatac has responded to me in a satisfactory manner or even responded. To add injury to insult, the unit that I have in hand from the first delivery is far from fit to use, the touch screen is slow and unresponsive at times, and the graphic is not sharp. I have sent an email to Altatac requesting for a refund of both units and I will send back the remaining unit. One unit returned as faulty upon receipt - haven't received back until today. 2nd unit now also faulty - touchscreen not responsive

Good tablet for an incredibly low price This is my first tablet I liked it so much, I bought another one for my son Much easier to drag around than my heavy laptop It is really nice to have this tablet...it's fast, fun and frugal!

I am actually surprised how satisfied I am with my ematic [redacted] HD Quad Core tabletI wasn't expecting much for the price though this tablet performs very well with streaming video and the display is vividWith the audio player I am using makes listening to my music in the car easy because of the responsive touch screen and the audio output is qualityThe connection is strong and the distance is surprisingThe battery life is good I can use my tablet all day on the over night chargeWith [redacted] lollipop I got all the apps I wanted except a weather widget but no big dealI have Skype so I can even make phone calls from my tabletIt only has 1gig of RAM though it multitasks with out a problemI suggest this tablet to anyone who is not able to spend hundreds of dollars for one because it isn't only affordable it is qualityI am glad I purchased this for sure

I purchased a defective Sprout Chubby Tablet from Walmart in March 2016, this company claimed they fixed it but sent me another defective device I purchased two Sprout Chubby tablets in March as Easter gifts for my daughtersAfter about two to three months of use, one of the tablets stopped working and the screen would no longer displayI called Ematic who after giving me the run around about my receipt finally approved the replacement, I had to pay to ship the device and wait a couple of weeks before I receive a "NEW" tabletI received the tablet, charged it and set it up and after ONE DAY of using it, the screen was not working AGAINTHEY SENT ME ANOTHER DEFECTIVE DEVICE!!

This unit is small and light I was able to use it without reading any literature
I wish that the power cord was a little longer It is shorter than the cord from my other equipment
