Filed a claim to replace broken headphones in August, but have not received them yet and customer services no help at all
Bought a Ematic portable dvd player - model number EPD909RD - from Walmart July 20, (Order #: XXXXXXX-XXXXXX) via PayPal weeks later the headphones that came with it stopped working, so I filed a claim with Ematic on August 24th to have them replaced Received an email that said I would receive them 7-days after submitting the required infothey needed, which I did the same dayAfter numerous emails, and about phone calls, with customer service I still don't have them in its now Oct31stEvery time I call they say they can't get a hold of the shipping department to find out what happened and it's been escalated to a Manager Then I wait and nothing ever happens
I ordered an MPplayer from Ematic *** It's a very nice productI'm charging it nowI'm excited to get started using it
The tablet is very good workingIt has same features as similar to ipadrecommend for regular use.,more likely its worth for the price

Defective Product Told Warranty Does NOT Apply
I ordered the *** on layaway on April 19, 2016; the retailer does not allow you to take ownership of the item until it's paid off The layaway was paid off June 15, I picked up the tablet the following week and gave it to my child for their birthday on June 29, The screen became non-responsive July 20, I first contacted customer service on July 25, and was emailed the instructions to 'factory reset' this unit I attempted to do so, but the unit will not reset I reached out to Ematic again on August 8, stating the aboveDuring the conversation the representative told me the warranty policy; at which time I explained that though the receipt shows an order date in April, the unit was not paid off, nor taken possession of, prior to the June date I also questioned how a warranty can be in effect for days for a product that was 1) not paid off (purchased); 2) not in possession of the consumer On Augu
