My daughter was given a pbs playtime pad (model #***) as a gift by her teacher on the last day of school June 13,It was brand new sealed in the package when she brought it homeShe played it a few times over the last months and it just turned off and will not turn back onI contacted the company today and spoke with a lady named ***She informed me that they will not be able to repair or replace the device if it was given as a giftThere are several complaints on various websites regarding this tablet doing the same thing to other people who have purchased itIt's is clearly a known issue to the company and yet they are not willing to work with me in any wayMy daughter was given this as a gift of a learning tool to help her improve her reading and it did not last even for the summerI feel like they should at the very least repair this

No Customer Service help with replacing a defective tablet
I got a tablet as a Christmas gift that my parents purchased from QVCAbout a month after the tablet quit charging so I contacted Ematic about replacing the device This was on Feb XX XXXX
So I followed the directions they gave me about shipping my tablet back to them so they can replace itSo as I waited a week to track my tablet to show when they got it, I called and was wondering when they would ship my new tablet
They said they never got it, so I had to email them again with the tracking number so they could see that someone signed for it
They finally wrote me back a day later saying Oh yeah we got your tableSo I thought that everything would be ok and my new table would be on the way WRONGHere is is March I still havent gotten my tablet and I just called and spoke with someone and they said I might be another weeks before I get my tablet

I have sent numerous emails to the Coand made many phone calls to find out if they sent me the offer itemsThey say to resend the documents, which I did three timesI requested a Supervisor to call me times -NO return call yet
Then they send me an email stating "...Write a positive customer review on the website of the retail merchant from which your Ematic product(s) were purchased
Their email and one phone call states they want a "Positive" review - this is NOT stated on the coupon

Excellent Blue Ray Player I purchased this Ematic Blue Ray DVD player online at *** For the money the quality is outstanding with 4k upscaling made my regular dvd's look as if they were blue ray too Thanks

I enjoy the sound of the speakers a gd product I love

I really like the speaker I bought it's loud and clearOnly one suggestion to have the volume and skip as it's own separate buttons but other than that I love my new speaker

Bought a dvd player bundle and its awesome, the headphones have amazing bass and the dvd player works really good, like the fact that it came with a carrying bag as well.

I bought the Ematic 10" HD tablet. I wanted a tablet with a keyboard, bigger than 7" at a reasonable cost. I settled on this product because it had the features I wanted at a great price.

I bought one of their products from K-mart and I am fully content with their product line. I like the new tablet I purchased and it delivers what I expect from the specs and the windows software system. I hope to see more from this product line.

Just like others complaints on Lack of Support/response from Ematic support team. I am wonder why this company Ematic still has high rating on Revdex.com for lack of suppot/response.

On my case, by just drag it almost a monh now. I have make many phone calls and email on their website as well replying to their email messages. Their support representatives either ignored an or answered the phone then disconnected in the middle of conversation. I will wait for a few days and will report to Revdex.com if thy are keep ignoring my request and fix their product.

Revdex.com representatives should re-rate this company Ematic rating for against their lack of support/response on taking corective actions to correct their poor products for customers.

Very easy to use, light, vivid screen. I like it very much. It is better than What I expected.

I love my ematic 7 HD quad-core 8gb tablet it does everything I need and more and I think the only 2 things I would like this tablet to have is a camera on both sides And Bluetooth!! But other than that I love this Tablet!!

I liked to be easy to use and a small size with high power.
I am pleased with the acquisition.

Just purchased the funtab mini for my 6 year old and she was extremely excited. Very light and easy for her to handle. Helps her read stories at her appropriate reading level. Front camera and back so she thinks she has her own personal phone. I am VERY satisfied with what I spent my money on. Plus it's very affordable!!

We have been trying unsuccessfully for months to obtain warranty service/repair on our 10" Tablet from these people. In spite of promises to send us return forms, they have not done so.
Personally, they are the worst company we have ever had to deal with. Thank you.

I recently purchased an "ematic digital converter box" at which time I saw the offer to submit a personal review of the product itself. I waited a little while prior to tl this order to use sms familiarize myself with he converter box l. Im a person with little patience and of a very short attention span. With this note I will say that the installation of the" ematic box " was as simply performed and as easily as the users manual had explained. In The areas :of operation, I find this to be with great simplicity . I have had no problems with the the operation of this converter box and am well pleased with every application there within. I recommend that anyone who has considered the purchase of a convertot box to decide now and choose the ematic manufactured product.
