I tried going though phone calls and for about 4 days I recieved no answer left messages and no call backs. Well Then I tried emailing them, first it took only a few hours for them to respond but they didn't answer my question then I clarified my question and it's been over two weeks since I've received any kind of reponse. They have horrible costumer service and if I could find a manager's phone number or email I would email them.

I bought a FunTab2 from Ematic for my toddler. He loves it!! & So do i!! I think overall the whole product is at high standards. I love the way I can control the accounds on the tablet in parent mode and how I can set a time or time limits that he can play on it. I also like the fact that I can enjoy the tablet as well if I wanted to! I highly reccomend this product to others! Very nice for the price!

Excellent Blue Ray Player. I purchased this Ematic Blue Ray DVD player online at [redacted] For the money the quality is outstanding with 4k upscaling made my regular dvd's look as if they were blue ray too. Thanks

I called ematic about portable dvd players I bought and used a couple times for vacation and he was going to charge me 75% what they are priced at normally! I can go to Walmart and get brand new for the same price! Then the guy hung up on me. Customer service guy like that needs a new profession. I will never buy ematic product again.

The MDB114 is a great product to get pictures and videos from your smart phone to your TV. Also very good at mirror your laptop screen to your tv. Easy to set up and use.

I bought an EHV625BL ActionCam and it's small size and easy use makes it handy for taking underwater pictures and video.

I ordered and paid for 2 units of the eMatic 4.3" FunTab Mini Android 4.0 Children Kids Multi-Touch Multimedia Tablet via eBay on 15th July. Upon receipt of both units I discovered that one was faulty as it was not charging at all. I returned the faulty unit to Altatac on 14th Aug 2013 but so far I have yet to receive the repaired/replacement tablet to date. I am genuinely frustrated with this case as no one in Altatac has responded to me in a satisfactory manner or even responded. To add injury to insult, the unit that I have in hand from the first delivery is far from fit to use, the touch screen is slow and unresponsive at times, and the graphic is not sharp. I have sent an email to Altatac requesting for a refund of both units and I will send back the remaining unit.

One unit returned as faulty upon receipt - haven't received back until today. 2nd unit now also faulty - touchscreen not responsive

I'm a old lady, I love my tablet. First time having something like this. It's easy for me to use. I love it.

My first look at an Ematic tablet was not that bad, it was a good tablet for a decent price. I was able to obtain a cheap one at a store. However, it seems to be very slow out of box. It was difficult for me to open the settings and go back to the home by using the home button. It is an aright price for an alright tablet, but do expect some lag.

I purchased the 8"16GB tablet for my granddaughter at an excellent discount price with lots of interesting features,and I absolutely loved the 2 way camera and how clear the pictures came out.And the internet works faster than my old tablet that had died a few weeks before I got this one.It was easy to set up and get started,I would recommend it to all of my friends.And the shipping was fast,which I really liked.

I am actually surprised how satisfied I am with my ematic [redacted] HD Quad Core tablet. I wasn't expecting much for the price though this tablet performs very well with streaming video and the display is vivid. With the audio player I am using makes listening to my music in the car easy because of the responsive touch screen and the audio output is quality. The Wi-Fi connection is strong and the distance is surprising. The battery life is good I can use my tablet all day on the over night charge. With [redacted] lollipop 5 I got all the apps I wanted except a weather widget but no big deal. I have Skype so I can even make phone calls from my tablet. It only has 1gig of RAM though it multitasks with out a problem. I suggest this tablet to anyone who is not able to spend hundreds of dollars for one because it isn't only affordable it is quality. I am glad I purchased this for sure.

I am very satisfied I have an Ematic quad core 7 inch HD multi touch tablet with Android 4.2 jelly bean and I'm very satisfied it is the best thing in the world it has everything that I can use all the apps are great and it's pretty fast

I just bought a tablet Ematic [redacted] at first I thought it was going to be complicated Windows 8.1, as I always used Android. to my surprise it was the opposite. It is relatively easy to use and also just to upgrade to Windows 10 absolutely free. I am very satisfied with this purchase.

I love this product. First it looks good. Second it feels durable, Thirdly it's easy to figure out how to use the controls, and Fourthly it sounds fantastic.
