transactions between ticket buyers and ticket sellers. Directly on our website it states, “We are a resale marketplace, not the box office or venue. Ticket prices may exceed face value.”Our website is completely user-driven, meaning all order details are either selected or input directly by customers. Once our customer selected the event they were interested in, Disney on Ice: Dare to Dream, they navigated to the ticket listing page. The top of this page clearly notifies customers, “We are a resale marketplace. Prices may be above or below face value. This site is not owned by any venue.” After our customer selected the ticket listing they desired, they were directed to the checkout page where this information is further reiterated at the top of the page. Here, customers are provided with an order summary that displays the event details, ticket location, and price per ticket. Our customer was prompted to provide an email address and select a delivery method. After a delivery method is selected, since methods vary in price, a new order total was calculated. A complete itemized breakdown of our customer’s order including the price per ticket, all fees, and the total price of $1,238.90 was displayed in bold text on the left-hand side of the page. This information was fully disclosed before our customers are asked to enter any payment information. Below this order summary, our customers are presented with the message stating, “Please note: We are an independent resale marketplace. Ticket prices may exceed face value.” Customers are then presented with our terms and conditions, including a bold message which clarifies, “All sales are final. All prices are listed in US Dollars (USD).” Our customer was required to select a check box signifying their agreement to these terms stating, “I agree to the sales terms and conditions listed above and acknowledge that this site is a resale marketplace. I agree to and accept the refund policy.” Customers are then prompted to select the "Review Order" button below these terms. Once selected, customers are taken to a review page which displayed their payment information, order summary and provided an additional itemized cost breakdown of their order. Our customer then proceeded to select "Confirm & Place Order", at which time their order was processed.Due to the nature of our business on the secondary marketplace, Ticket Offices is not affiliated with any artist or venue and does not own inventory; instead, we act as an intermediary between customers and sellers. All prices listed on our site are done so by the individual seller, not Ticket Offices, based on their personal assessments regarding a range of factors including customer demand. Since our customers are purchasing tickets owned and listed by individual resellers, we must ensure that our policies are fair to both parties. This means that we are unable to offer refunds and must adhere to an “all sales are final” policy—a standard throughout the industry.Prior to receiving this claim we thoroughly discussed this matter with our customer to address all of their concerns. We maintain that all order details were sufficiently displayed prior to placing their order. In addition to this current claim, our customer has filed a dispute with their PayPal account regarding this order. We are unable to provide a resolution to this matter while this dispute remains open due to the nature of the dispute process. We encourage our customer to contact the institution with which the dispute was filed in relation to any questions they may have regarding its process or outcome. As it currently stands, we consider this matter closed.Regards,Ticket Offices
Thank you for providing this response. As we previously clarified, our site is completely user-driven meaning all order information is either selected or input by the customer during the checkout process. During the checkout, our customer selected a listing which stated Section Balcony Row 2. This was stated on the ticket listing and checkout page prior to entering any payment information. These exact tickets were delivered to our customer immediately after the order was placed. Prior to receiving this claim we received an email regarding our customer's concerns which a representative responded to providing assistance. As we have sufficiently clarified this matter and maintain that the exact tickets our customer selected were delivered to them prior to their event on 9/29/2018, we consider this matter closed. If our customer has further questions pertaining to their order, they may contact us directly. Regards,Ticket Offices

The name on the tickets represents the original purchaser that resold the tickets. This information is carried over when tickets are resold on the secondary market and the tickets are completely transferable.Due to the nature of our business on the secondary marketplace, Ticket Offices is not affiliated with any artist or venue and does not own inventory; instead, we act as an intermediary between customers and sellers. In our customer’s case, the Estimated Ship Date of 7/2/2017 was stated. Ticket Offices does not own or generate tickets and therefore does not set or control delivery date. Rather, the Estimated Ship Date is set by the individual seller of the tickets and is dependent upon the primary issuer of the tickets, with which Ticket Offices has no affiliation. This information was clearly presented to our customer before they submitted their order, and was additionally discussed with the customer via email correspondence. Though the Estimated Ship Date of 7/2/2017 was given, our customer received their tickets on 6/29/2017, which was a week prior to their event that took place on 7/6/2017.Prior to receiving this claim we thoroughly discussed this matter with our customer to address all of their concerns. Thank you for reaching out to us in reference to the concerns of our valued customer Mr. [redacted] We appreciate the opportunity to address this matter. Ticket Offices operates on the secondary market, which means we do not own or generate tickets—instead, we merely facilitate transactions between...
ticket buyers and ticket sellers. To this end, we are committed to providing the best possible customer service and maintaining a simple, transparent checkout process. Mr. [redacted] has indicated he was not notified he may be paying above face value for his tickets, however it should be noted that this is inaccurate. At the top of every ticket listing page on our website we state, “We are a resale marketplace. Prices may be above or below face value. This site is not owned by any venue.” Additionally, this information is reiterated throughout the checkout process. After Mr. [redacted] navigated our website and chose tickets for Jeff [redacted] he continued to our Checkout page where he was directed to review an in-depth itemized breakdown of his order, including his order total of $255.18 in bold. Directly below this we stated, “We are an independent resale marketplace. Ticket prices may exceed face value.” Since we operate on the secondary marketplace, all tickets available for purchase on our site are owned and priced by individual ticket sellers, rather than by Tickets Center. These prices are set at the discretion of the individual ticket sellers based on their assessments of various market factors such as customer demand. Because our customers are purchasing tickets owned and listed by individual resellers, we must ensure that our policies are fair to both parties. This means that we are unable to offer refunds and must adhere to an “all sales are final” policy—a standard throughout the industry. This policy is described in detail in our Sales Terms and Conditions and during checkout, where the following message is displayed directly above a box that customers must check to authorize their purchase, “All sales are final. All prices are listed in US Dollars (USD).” Mr. [redacted] placed his order for Jeff [redacted] on 1/29/2017, received his valid tickets via email immediately, and downloaded them within one minute of receipt to print and bring to his event on 3/22/2017. Though Mr. [redacted] has stated this information was not explained to him, when he contacted us on 1/30/2017, our customer service agent adequately addressed his concerns. We have fully adhered to our terms and conditions and consider this matter closed. Should Mr. [redacted] have further questions regarding his order, we encourage him to reach out to our customer service department. Regards, Ticket Offices

Complaint: [redacted]
I am rejecting this response because: The business ignored the main substance of the complaint, that they falsely advertise one price and disguise their real prices by charging a $65 per ticket "fee" while providing nothing of comparable value in return for that additional unwarranted price hike.

transactions between ticket buyers and ticket sellers. As we do not own the inventory available on our site, customers are purchasing tickets owned and listed by individual resellers. The seller on our customer's order delivered valid tickets via email on 10/4/2017 at 6:01 PM CST. These tickets were re-delivered on 10/5/2017 at 7:06 AM CST and our customer proceeded to download their tickets twice on 10/5/2017 and several times the following day prior to their event that evening. As valid tickets were delivered and downloaded to our customer prior to their event, we have fully adhered to the agreed-to sales terms. We consider this matter closed and welcome our customer to contact us with any additional concerns.Regards,Ticket Offices
Thank you for providing this response. The all sales are final policy, which our customer agreed to prior to purchase is in place as we operate on a live market and customer's are purchasing tickets from individual sellers. As we previously clarified, our customers are purchasing tickets owned and listed by individual resellers, we must ensure that our policies are fair to both parties. As such, customer's are provided multiple opportunities to review their order details prior to placing their order and means that we are typically unable to offer refunds and must adhere to an “all sales are final” policy which is a standard throughout the industry. Nevertheless, we have been in contact with our customer and provided an amicable resolution as a one-time courtesy, in the interest of customer service. As such, we consider this matter resolved. If our customer has any additional concerns relating to their order, we welcome them to contact our customer service department.Regards,Ticket Offices

transactions between ticket buyers and ticket sellers. Directly on our website it states, “We are a resale marketplace, not the box office or venue. Ticket prices may exceed face value.”Once our customer selected the event they were interested in, Casting Crowns, they navigated to the ticket listing page. Here, our customer was first notified that their seats would have an obstructed view in the ticket listing. The top of this page clearly notifies customers, “We are a resale marketplace. Prices may be above or below face value. This site is not owned by any venue.” After customers select the ticket listing they desire, they are directed to the checkout page. Here, customers are provided with an order summary that displays the event details, ticket location, and price per ticket. Our customer was prompted to provide an email address and select a delivery method. After a delivery method is selected, since methods vary in price, a new order total was calculated. A complete itemized breakdown of our customer’s order including the price per ticket, all fees, and the total price of $133.37 was displayed in bold text on the left-hand side of the page. It was also stated, “Note: Obstructed view.” This information was fully disclosed before our customers are asked to enter any payment information. Thank you for your response. Though our customer continues to press forward with this matter, Ticket Offices maintains that all sufficient order details were displayed to our customer prior to checkout. The specific ticket listing our customer selected was disclosed as having an Obstructed View in the notes. This information was reiterated directly in the Order Summary section on the left-hand side of the checkout page our customer viewed. Our customer selected a checkbox that acknowledged their agreement to our sales terms and conditions, including our "all sales are final" policy. As we have fully addressed all of our customer's concerns and their order details were properly displayed prior to checkout, we consider this matter closed. Our customer is encouraged to contact if they have further concerns regarding this order. Regards,Ticket Offices
Complaint: [redacted]
I am rejecting this response because:Of the complaints I read on the Revdex.com website where Ticketoffices.com is mistaken for the direct venue itself. I was directed to Ticketoffices.com when searching for the [redacted] and thought I was purchasing a ticket from the [redacted] itself. Also, no sympathy whatsoever from Ticketoffices.com that my cousin was dying and that's why I flew back early. I was told by [redacted] if I had purchased the ticket through them (which I thought I was) that they would reimburse me. There is also no way to find out anything about this company on the Internet (I'm a journalist and believe me, I tried). Very weird. By the way, my cousin died a few days ago. Are you happy now?
Sincerely,
[redacted]
Thank you for your response regarding this matter. Though Mr[redacted] continues to press forward with this matter, Ticket Offices maintains that our site is user-driven. As we previously clarified, all ticket details are information either selected or inputted by the customer. This information cannot be changed unless done so by the customer before placing their order. Though we do have lawn seating available on our website for roughly $35, Mr[redacted] selected a listing for Section: 6 on the ticket listing page. Prior to entering any payment information the order summary displayed these details again to Mr. [redacted]Since replying to Mr. [redacted] initial claim, we received a dispute from his financial institution. We have addressed this with the dispute ultimately being ruled in our favor. If Mr[redacted] has any questions regarding this process or outcome we encourage him to contact the financial institution with which it was filed. As we have fully addressed Mr. [redacted] concerns and attempted to resolve this matter, though he has declined this offer, we consider this matter closed. Regards,Ticket Offices

Our customer then proceeded to select "Confirm & Place Order" at which time their order was processed. Our customer expressed concerns about the name on their tickets. Though the Estimated Ship Date of 7/2/2017 was given, our customer received their tickets on 6/29/2017, which was a week prior to their event that took place on 7/6/2017.Prior to receiving this claim we thoroughly discussed this matter with our customer to address all of their concerns. ticket buyers and ticket sellers.

Ticket prices may exceed face value.”Once our customer selected the event they were interested in, Courtney [redacted] and Kurt [redacted] (17+ Event), they navigated to the ticket listing page. The top of this page clearly notifies customers, “We are a resale marketplace. Prices may be above or below face value. This site is not owned by any venue.” Our checkout process allows each customer several opportunities to view all details of an order, including the Estimated Ship Date, prior to purchase. In our customer’s case, the Estimated Ship Date of 10/20/2017 was stated. Due to the nature of our business as a secondary marketplace, Ticket Offices does not own or generate any tickets and therefore does not set or control delivery dates. Rather, the Estimated Ship Date is set by the individual seller of the tickets and is dependent upon the primary issuer of the tickets, with which Ticket Offices has no affiliation. After customers select the ticket listing they desire, they are directed to the checkout page. Here, customers are provided with an order summary that displays the event details, ticket location, and price per ticket. Our customer was prompted to provide an email address and select a delivery method. After a delivery method is selected, since methods vary in price, a new order total is calculated. A complete itemized breakdown of our customer’s order including the price per ticket, all fees, and the total price of $203.03 was displayed in bold text on the left-hand side of the page. This information was fully disclosed before our customers are asked to enter any payment information. Below this order summary, our customers are presented with the message stating, “Please note: We are an independent resale marketplace. Ticket prices may exceed face value.” Customers are then presented with our terms and conditions, including a bold message which clarifies, “All sales are final. transactions between ticket buyers and ticket sellers.
