Thank you for contacting us in regards to the concerns of Ms. [redacted] . We appreciate the chance to speak on this matter. Ticket Offices operates on the secondary market and does not own or generate tickets as a primary box-office. Instead, we merely facilitate transactions between ticket buyers and... ticket sellers. To this end, we are committed to providing excellent customer service and maintaining a simple, transparent checkout process.Ms. [redacted] has stated that she believed she was purchasing her tickets through the primary market, though we would like to provide clarification. When Ms. [redacted] navigated our website and chose to view a listing for [redacted] tickets, she was displayed the message, “We are a resale marketplace. Prices may be above or below face value. This site is not owned by any venue.” This information is also reiterated multiple times throughout the checkout process.Though Ms. [redacted] has stated that she was not properly notified she may be paying above face value for her tickets, this should be noted as inaccurate. After Ms. [redacted] selected a listing for two tickets in Section: [redacted] Row: R, she continued to our Checkout page, where we displayed an itemized breakdown of her order, including the price per ticket, all fees, and the order total of $195.84. Directly below this information, it was stated, “We are an independent resale marketplace. Ticket prices may exceed face value.” Ms. [redacted] was then displayed a complete list of our sales terms and conditions, as well as the message in bold, “All sales are final. All prices are listed in US Dollars (USD).” Directly above the “Review Order” button, Ms. [redacted] was required to select a check box that signified her agreement to the aforementioned sales terms and conditions. Ms. [redacted] then proceeded to submit her order. As a secondary marketplace, Ticket Offices is not affiliated with any artist or venue and does not generate tickets as a primary box office; rather, we act as an intermediary between fans and ticket holders. Since our customers are purchasing tickets owned and listed by individual resellers, we must ensure that our policies are fair to both parties. This means that we are unable to offer refunds and must adhere to an “all sales are final” policy—a standard throughout the industry. Ms. [redacted] has also expressed concern regarding the name printed on her tickets to which we would like to address. The name on her tickets simply indicates that of the original purchaser from the primary market. This in no way affects her ability to gain entry to her event, as tickets are completely transferable to the new ticket holder and is a common occurrence in the industry. Ms. [redacted] is furthermore protected by our 100% Money Back Guarantee that her tickets will be valid and authentic, and will arrive prior to her event.Ms. [redacted] placed her order on 3/16/2017 and received her valid tickets immediately via email for her to print and bring to her event that is scheduled to take place on 5/21/2017. Prior to receiving this current claim, we were in contact with Ms. [redacted] to adequately addressed all of her concerns. Additionally, we offered her a resolution as a one-time courtesy in an attempt to reach a positive resolution though this offer was declined. As we have adhered to our sales terms and conditions and provided Ms. [redacted] with authentic tickets prior to her event, we consider this matter closed. If she has any further concerns, we encourage her to contact a member of our customer service department.Regards,Ticket Offices

Thank you for providing this responseThe all sales are final policy, which our customer agreed to prior to purchase is in place as we operate on a live market and customer's are purchasing tickets from individual sellersAs we previously clarified, our customers are purchasing tickets owned and listed by individual resellers, we must ensure that our policies are fair to both partiesAs such, customer's are provided multiple opportunities to review their order details prior to placing their order and means that we are typically unable to offer refunds and must adhere to an “all sales are final” policy which is a standard throughout the industryNevertheless, we have been in contact with our customer and provided an amicable resolution as a one-time courtesy, in the interest of customer serviceAs such, we consider this matter resolvedIf our customer has any additional concerns relating to their order, we welcome them to contact our customer service department.Regards,Ticket Offices
Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: while the company is a resaler of tickets they have a responsibility to insure that the people holding the tickets for resale are legitimateI am not questioning price or when tickets will be deliveredI am questioning their advertising legitimacyThey state up front on their site that the best seats available are providedThis not trueI purchased my tickets months in advance and paid for tickets in a specific row for which I paid a higher price than I would in a less desirable rowThey confirmed with the seller that he accepted my offer for tickets in that row in that section on that nightFor an agreement between the two parties to exist the seller must in fact own the tickets and commit them to meYet this seller cannot provide me with a confirmed seatingIf you check reviews of this company you will see many people have complained of what is essentially a bait and switch.by waiting to the last minute to supply both seat numbers and tickets the seller and this company can sell the same tickets closer to the date of the show at a higher price and provide the earlier buyer with less desirable tickets, their terms and conditions allow them to do thisUnfortunately there terms and conditions do not stand up to what is then advertisingThey state in their advertising that I am paying for best availableTherefore lacking any definition of what best available is in the terms and conditions, it is reasonable for any consumer to believe that best available is at the time of purchase and not months laterTherefore they have and misleading advertisingI believe they and the seller have a legal obligation to provide the seat numbers at the time of purchase to guarantee as also stated in their site that their service is guaranteed. The companies response also was incorrect in that I tried for two weeks to contact them by phone, chat line and email and they did not respond until after I filed the complaint with youThis is the most common thread of complaint online with this companyIn response they responded as they did to you with an emailNo return call Sincerely, [redacted] [redacted]

Complaint: ***
I am rejecting this response because: This response from the company is full of inaccurate and dishonest claims as was the previous responsesThe company essentially stole money from my account by charging me for tickets that are significantly more expensive than the ones that I ordered and confirmed on their confirmation pageThe company repeatedly states that it is not possible to be charged for something other than what is purchased however They will not and can not back that claimI called the company immediately after I received the receipt in my email which was within minutes of the orderIn regards to the financial institution ruling in their favor, this was as a result of dishonest claims made by the company and the financial institution has been made aware and is reopening their investigation. The company also continued to state that I declined a resolutionThis is again untrue as the "resolution" they proposed was 20% off of a price that was times the price of the tickets that I orderedI continue to demand a full refund and request that this matter remain open.
Sincerely,

Sincerely,
*** ***
