transactions between ticket buyers and ticket sellers. Directly on our website it states, “We are a resale marketplace, not the box office or venue. Ticket prices may exceed face value.”In relation to our customer's concern regarding tickets being available before the tickets on the primary market were released to the general public, we would like to provide clarification. Tickets on the secondary market may become available to purchase prior to the primary market due to a number of possibilities; for instance, including but not limited to, sellers may be season ticket holders or subscribers. Arrangements parties may have with box offices, venues, promoters, artists, or teams allow them to know in advance where they will acquire tickets. As we operate on the secondary market, as stated throughout our website, ticket prices may be above or below face value. In addition to this information being disclosed on the event and ticket listing pages, on the checkout page, below a complete itemized order breakdown our customer was presented with the message stating, “Please note: We are an independent resale marketplace. Ticket prices may exceed face value.” Customers are then presented with our terms and conditions, including a bold message which clarifies, “All sales are final. All prices are listed in US Dollars (USD).” Prior to placing their order our customer was required to select a check box signifying their agreement to our terms stating, “I agree to the sales terms and conditions listed above and acknowledge that this site is a resale marketplace. I agree to and accept the refund policy.” All tickets on our site are priced by the individual seller, not Ticket Offices, based on their personal assessments regarding a range of factors including customer demand. Since our customers are purchasing tickets owned and listed by individual resellers, we must ensure that our policies are fair to both parties. This means that we are unable to offer refunds and must adhere to an “all sales are final” policy—a standard throughout the industry. We've discussed this matter with our customer and maintain that all order details were sufficiently displayed prior to placing their order. Additionally, their valid tickets were delivered via mail on 1/26/2018 and resent as a courtesy via email on 1/27/2018 prior to the event taking place on 6/30/2018. At this time, we consider this matter closed. If our customer has any additional concerns pertaining to their order, we encourage them to contact our customer service department for assistance.Regards,Ticket Offices
Complaint: [redacted]
I am rejecting this response because: I did not agree to pay for electronic tickets. I paid for physical tickets to be delivered in hand to my address. These tickets have not been received. Furthermore, the cost for ALL tickets for the upcoming concert range from 50-150. Ticketoffices.com sold illegitimate tickets that WERE NOT ON SALE AT THE TIME. If they are a resell website how can they sell tickets that HAVE NOT been purchased or resold through their company?? I find it highly disturbing that in this day and age a company can get away with such an easy scam and not be held accountable for their actions. I NEVER AGREED TO ETICKETS I PAID FOR PHYSICAL TICKETS DESIGNED BY THE VENUE FOR KEEPSAKES. Also, numerous numersou complaints have been filed against this company, including THE SALE OF INVALID ETICKETS. Please please take a LONG look into this company further and see they do not care at all about their consumers or the American people. They are out to make a fast dollar pulling the wool over people's eyes.
Sincerely,

transactions between ticket buyers and ticket sellers. As a preliminary matter, our records verify that Ms. [redacted] placed this order online, not over the phone as she has indicated. While viewing tickets for [redacted] on our site, Ms. [redacted] selected a listing that specifically stated, “Section: Main Floor Row: [redacted] Notes: Zone Seating.” This note further described Zone Seating to explain that “we guarantee that your tickets will be within the listed zone or section listed or one comparable.” This information regarding Ms. [redacted] Zone Seating was reiterated for her on the checkout page and once more on the final review page prior to placing her order. As a secondary marketplace, Ticket Offices is not affiliated with any artist or venue and does not generate tickets as a primary box office; rather, we act as an intermediary between fans and ticket holders. Since our customers are purchasing tickets owned and listed by individual resellers, we must ensure that our policies are fair to both parties. This means that we are unable to offer refunds and must adhere to an “all sales are final” policy—a standard throughout the industry. In order for any order to be placed, customers are required to select a box signifying their agreement to these terms. Ms. [redacted] placed her order online on 2/9/2017, received her valid tickets on 2/10/2017 prior to her event which took place on 2/12/2017. As Ms. [redacted] received tickets in Section: Main Floor Row: ** within the listed Zone of [redacted] her order was filled correctly. We clarified this information to Ms. [redacted] when she contacted, after her event, on 2/13/2017. Though Ms. [redacted] has claimed that she was promised front row tickets, we had no direct communication with her until after her event had passed. As such, we consider this matter closed and encourage Ms. [redacted] to contact our customer service with any additional concerns she may have.Regards,Ticket Offices

tickets—instead, we merely facilitate transactions between ticket buyers and ticket sellers. Mr. [redacted] has indicated that he was not made aware of all pricing details, to this we would like to provide clarification. When Mr. [redacted] viewed Hamilton listings, the page clearly stated, “We are a resale marketplace, not the box office or venue. Ticket prices may exceed face value.” Once Mr. [redacted] selected tickets, he was directed to the ticket listing page, at the top of which it states, “We are a resale marketplace. Prices may be above or below face value. This site is not owned by any venue.” Mr. [redacted] then selected the listing he was interested in and navigated to our checkout page. Here he was directed to review his itemized order breakdown, which clearly displayed all fees, the price per ticket, and the total price of $881.83 in bold text prior to entering any payment information. Mr. [redacted] was required to agree to our terms and conditions—visible in a text box—and presented with the message in bold “All sales are final.” At this point, Mr. [redacted] was also presented with the message “I agree to the sales terms and conditions listed above,” and a check box that needed to be selected in order to continue with checkout. Our sales policies, including our “all sales are final” policy, are disclosed throughout the purchase process and displayed at checkout with the message “All sales are final. All prices are listed in US Dollars (USD).” Due to the nature of our business, Ticket Offices does not own or price any tickets. Instead, all the tickets listed on our site are priced by the sellers, not Ticket Offices, based on their personal assessments of a range of factors including customer demand. It also means that the largest portion of any order placed in our marketplace goes directly to the seller. Since our customers are purchasing tickets owned and listed by individual resellers, we must ensure that our policies are fair to both parties. This means that we are unable to offer refunds and must adhere to an “all sales are final” policy—a standard throughout the industry. As Mr. [redacted] placed his order for Hamilton tickets on 1/11/2017 and was presented with all pricing details prior to placing his order, we currently consider this matter closed. If Mr. [redacted] has additional concerns regarding his order, we encourage him to contact our customer service. Regards, Ticket Offices

Revdex.com:
I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] and find that I am helpless to resolve this transaction to my satisfaction. Although I I will accept this as unresolvable, I will not accept their response as one of good business ethics and honest intent. I learned a difficult lesson from this, and their carefully crafted response (which is very similar to the one found on your website) hints that I am not the first person to whom this has happened. If I can keep someone else from experiencing this, I will. I am not a quiet person.I admit that I was outstmarted by on online company. I have been had.

tickets—instead, we merely facilitate transactions between ticket buyers and ticket sellers. Mr. [redacted] has indicated that he believed he was purchasing from the event or the venue itself. However, directly on our site it states, “We are a resale marketplace, not the Chicago Theatre box office or venue. Ticket prices may exceed face value. This site is not owned by, operated by, or affiliated with Chicago Theatre.” This listing page simply displays all the tickets sellers have available for the multiple events occurring at the Chicago Theatre. To maintain a transparent checkout process, we reiterate our operations on the secondary marketplace on the top of every ticket listing page and again at checkout. When Mr. [redacted] viewed the ticket listings available on our site, the top of the page clearly reiterates, “We are a resale marketplace. Prices may be above or below face value. This site is not owned by any venue.” After Mr. [redacted] selected the ticket listing he desired, he was directed to the checkout page. transactions between ticket buyers and ticket sellers. Since our customers are purchasing tickets owned and listed by individual resellers, we must ensure that our policies are fair to both parties. This means that we are typically unable to offer refunds and must adhere to an “all sales are final” policy—a standard throughout the industry. That being said, cardholder security is of the utmost importance to us as Ticket Offices. As such, an entire department is dedicated to ensuring all orders placed on our site are authorized by the cardholder. We received this referenced order on 10/30/2017; confident it was authorized, the order was confirmed and their valid tickets were delivered immediately prior to the event on 11/3/2017. Our customer first contacted us on 12/12/2017 regarding this matter at which time we provided clarification and addressed their concerns. In addition to this current claim, we received a dispute from their financial institution. We addressed this, and the dispute was ultimately ruled in our favor. If our customer has any further questions regarding this dispute, we encourage them to reach out to the financial institution with which it was filed. At this time, as we have sufficiently addressed their concerns, we consider this matter closed.Regards,Ticket Offices

I am rejecting this response because: the tickets are very far from the stage. I explained to the representative that J wanted a good seat with a budget of 200 per ticket he said the row was in the middle 2nd floor the seats are all the way in the back of the arena so when not sell me cheaper seats. I am very dissatisfied. These seats were 157 which included a bunch of fees that I was not told about. It really isn't fair to a customer that goes in a web search to be scammed by these companies that look just like [redacted] I see many other people have complaints with them because they look as [redacted]

They are out to make a fast dollar pulling the wool over people's eyes.

tickets—instead, we merely facilitate transactions between ticket buyers and ticket sellers.

This means that we are typically unable to offer refunds and must adhere to an “all sales are final” policy—a standard throughout the industry. Complaint: [redacted]
