People who come to the rescue with HVAC issues are normally considered superheroes Just experienced a service call with Andre and he could very well be considered an angel Polite knowledgeable friendly and offered solutions that would really help our HVAC system last a long long time ARS is indeed a great company and with people like Andre they are at the top of their game

Ars had come out in june to replace the heat exchange of my ac systemOn septthe ac was not working I thought that it was something to do with the work they did so I called them A man came out and said that the motor run capasitor was out and he put in oneI saved the one he took out and he said that the unit needed a compressor savorHe also said that the coils were dirty and needed cleaning I watched him and all he did was spray the unit with something in a spray bottle and turned on the water hose and sprayed the unit with the water hose He charged me $and he did not fix the AcI had two other people come out and they said that the capasitor that he took out was fine, that the motor was shot and needed to be replaced and they said that it did not need the compressor savor either because the unit is only years old The man completely lied about what was wrong, did not fix the problem and charged me $

Called for an estimate on possible repair or replacement of AC unit Based on age of unit and description of problem, was told $1,without checking the working/non working parts I was asked for amount I would be able to spend before any estimates were given

Water heater in the attic, replaced with great care for our home Totally a very professional jobWe will be calling this company again in the future as the need arises

Scheduled an attic evaluation Gina came out and was thorough in detail and quite personable She went over her recommendations We chose a partial solution (solar powered attic fan) Installation was scheduled for the next day Installers arrive exactly on time and were careful and considerate and finished the job in the allotted time (about an hour) When the time comes for more insulation, we will definitely give ARS a chance to compete for out business
