Very disappointed with telephone service and guidance provided by ARS I was inquiring on replacing a water heater Existing WH is broke, I wanted to get a new WH by the next day Telephone rep, Leonard advised that they would be able to accommodate next day came and ARS did not come when they promised and then advised new WH would not be installed til the next day I clearly advised ARS that I wanted install the next day, agent knew this, but lied when he said new WH would be installed as requested So now ARS has me over a barrel so I authorize install Ironically they also provided me with a quote on replacing HVAC to the tune of $14k Suffice to say they WILL NOT get that job!

We had excellent service today by Lee ***, HVAC Comfort SpecialistPrevious technicians sent to us for bi-yearly AC/Heat check(s) have always tried to sell us (what we believed to be) unnecessary servicesTherefore we never established a trust relationship with the techniciansI will request Mr*** for future checks because I trust himHe is courteous and appears to know what he is talking about

Five years ago we installed the ARS recommend AC two-stage unitARS also pushed for the yearly maintenance service plan, so we purchase and renew every yearThe last three maintenance chevisits (for AC, for heating) have been disastrous...ARS has either rescheduled my appointment date OR they did not show up in their appointment windowEach time they would call and offer excuses as to why their technicians are running behindOn one of those maintenance chevisits, they never even bothered to show up that day, and only scheduled another appointment when I called an hour later looking for my technicianBottom line...their customer service is horribleAnd yes, I've already opened a complaint file with the Corporate Customer Relations

The experience was very positiveThey came at the appointed time and work diligently until the work was doneIt took about hoursEverything was left clean and both Alcides and Arturo were very responsive to my questions and/or requestsHowever, in doing the work they broke a small water line that feeds the ice machine in my refrigeratorThis resulted in water leaking from the ceilingI shut off the water lineNow I have a damaged ceiling and a broken water lineI contacted Comfort Specialist Matt ***, who was very accommodating, and assured me that someone would be here today to repair the damageI expect ARS to fulfill its obligations as a responsible companyI will follow up with the results

I've used ARS for appliance repairs for many years, but today was the best ever! I have a 43-year-old Maytag washing machine that has never needed a repair (best investment ever!)But it sprang a leak, a huge leak, and I once again called ARS, hoping that they could still fix this antique Sure enough, repairman Jerry *** knew exactly what to look for and had it fixed in less than a half hour! A new machine would have cost me $easily, but for $I had a machine that was good as new and with a year warranty
