As of 8/9/ARS Rescue Rooter (ARS) have failed to complete the contracted job signed on 6/27/to replace all of our home water plumbing from galvanized pipes to *** *** ARS started the job on 6/28/2016, disconnected the water supply On the afternoon of 6/29/ARS reconnected the water supply and opened the main water valve and flooded attics and kitchen impacting approximately x feet of sheetrock and soaked two persian rugs ARS corrected the bad connection and opened the lines to all outlets and removed the wet R-insulations from the attics In good faith I authorized *** to pay ARS total contracted amount on 6/29/anticipating that ARS will complete the job within reasonable time period *** *** *** ** *** *** was hired by ARS to dry the sheetrock and do the needed repairs *** removed their drying equipment on 7/5/

I rarely write reviews, but my recent experience with ARS/Rescue Rooter has compelled me to do so now I experienced an awful plumbing emergency on a Sunday I called this company and they a technician out within hours Not only was Ernesto *** a lovely young man he fixed the problem I had promptly, did not try to upsell me, and the total charge was less than the trip charge from any other company I had contacted (and there were 3) I was highly impressed, and will not only use them for any other plumbing issues I might encountered, but would HIGHLY recommend them

On July 4, 2017, we had a clogged kitchen drain I called ARS Rescue Rooter and made an appointment for the next day, between and I had received a sheet of coupons in the mail from ARS, one of which stated "We will clear any drain for only $69" The ARS employee arrived the next day but would not honor the coupon He stipulated a charge of $but reduced it to $ Needing the drain cleared, I paid that amount I complained to an ARS representative over the phone, who said they would get back to me

*** *** *** advertises a "$Drain Cleaning with FREE Camera Inspection" I called them up to schedule this service for the blocked sink in my bathroom; when I made the appointment, I mentioned this specific ad on their *** and that I wanted itThey scheduled a visit for 7/8/in the timeframe 12-4pm
A person *** showed up, and said that it would cost $to fix thingsI mentioend that the ad on the *** and even showed it to him, but he was not interested, and started saying something about it being for "exterior" drains only
Basically, he was not interested in honoring their adTo me, this seems to be a bait-and-switch tacticI did not proceed with their serviceThis is a big inconvenience, as this happenned on a Friday, and I now have to wait until Monday to get someone else to look at this problem

ARS Rescue Rooter is an excellent company and they have very knowledgeable employees I call ARS December 2, to fix a drain stoppage problem after another plumber arrived at my home to fix the problem and couldn'tARS sent MrJeremiah *** to assess the problem, which he did and solved in less that an hour The other plumbing company told me I had major drainage issues ARS also did a great job with my hot water heater over years agoI was pleased with ARS services and I would recommend ARS to my neighbors, friends, and Relatives
