Our water heater stopped working on Saturday, July 8th We put in a work order that weekend and two technicians came to our house the following Wednesday They installed the water heater but did not leave a manual or adequately explain how to operate this expensive and potentially dangerous appliance They left before confirming that the system was working, which it wasn't Another service technician came back overnight, but he claimed the panel wasn't working (which it actually was) and also did not do anything to fix the problem It was a waste of time Finally, we called for yet another service appointment This time, the technicians (Quentin *** and Jeremy) made sure to find the problems and fix the system Their competence and professionalism resolved the various issues and improved the unsatisfactory situation that their colleagues had left us Quentin *** was conscientious and thorough, and did a very good job He took the time to examine the issues and put in the time & work to get the job done His colleague Jeremy was also good at assessing the situation and helping to resolve the the issues We wish Quentin and Jeremy had been the ones on the the initial service call to install the water heater

Jody *** with ARS Rescue Rooter Houston South did a great job for us and he answered all of our many questions He was polite and cleaned up after himself

Servicemen Fredis *** and Art *** were fantasticThey really cared about the work they performed and explained every detail to meThey are a credit to the company

This would be a star review if the technician who corrected our A/C issues, Miguel *** would have been the first technician sent out We had an issue with our primary coil box drain line being blocked The first technician came out on July and diagnosed the problem, but failed to unblock the drain line Miguel came out on July and reconfigured the primary and secondary drain lines and followed the blockage to an interior drain He corrected the problem without charge I recommend requesting Miguel for an honest and thorough HVAC service

They gave me a hour window and gave me a call to let me know that the repair person would be coming at the end of the repair window so I wouldn’t have to sit around waitingThey also called me when he was on his wayThe repairman did a good jobHe gave me my options for the repair and started with the least expensive one, which was successfulHe wiped everything downOverall, a positive experience

We bought this new house in Spring, TX four years ago We noticed a wet section where the outside wall met the foundation Thought it might just be condensation released through one of the many weep holes We noticed that the under sink flooring was moist and beginning to warp Fortunately, ARS sent James *** to find and fix our leak This man is fastidious and very professional He found not one leak, but two His diligent efforts and quick repairs should be recognized and rewarded Thank you ARS, and thank you James
