I had Insulation work done (Insulation, radiant barrier and solar fan), crew came on time, were very professional, explained in the process and left no mess once job was completed

We have used ARS Rescue Rooter Houston for years and have been very pleased Today, Al Rwas the technician and he was the best We recently moved and he was very thorough and informative

I am a year plus customer who has never received anything less than the most professional HVAC services Ever Fuentes handled my latest big project He was prompt, accurate, competent, and pleasant to work with in a tough situation I am glad that ARS continues to promote from within and affords quality personnel to grow with their skills additions

When I purchased a new A/C unit the installation crew came out to install everything newI saw the gentlemen go up the attic to start on the insulation, but I didnt see them coming back down with the old insulationI went up to the attic to see what was going on, and what was taking them so long with cleaning up and removing the old insulationMuch to my surprise they were spraying new insulation on top of the OLD YEAR-OLD dirty InsulationWhen I questioned them about removing the old insulation they said they were only told to put the new insulation in, but nothing about removing the old oneI told them I was not happy with the work or rather mess they were making, and as I came back down to call the supervisor, they came back down minutes later and said they were done
A supervisor came the next day, and said that was the way the put the new insulation now a day and that he was sorry that no one gave her the option to have the attic cleaned before the new insulation was

Al R was our service technician He was very professional and got his job done in a timely manner He gave me options without a pressured sales pitch Very happy with the service and will request him next time

When the technician arrived at my home he had me turn on the compressor to the AC using the thermostat and after he repaired the AC the thermostat would no longer turn the the compressorTech said a surge fried itI called ARS and told them, they said they were going to work it out, but I haven't heard back from them in weeks, and I call times a week for an updateThis happened months ago and does not seem to be getting resolved

Stan and Baxter installed my water heater yesterday, but not without deep consultation and guidance from this experienced pair of plumbers I had bought a water heater that wasn't going to fit in my attic and these guys diagnosed the issue, researched alternatives, and provided me options right in Home Depot We ditched the large water heater for a heater that would fit in my attic and saved myself alot of heartacheThese guys were patient with all my questions They treated my house with respect and did an incredible job taking my old water heater out of my attic and putting the new one in my atticIf you can get this pair from ARS, I would highly recommend it

Ars replace a toilet at my mother in laws house,they up sale her and convinced her that she needed a new one,senior citizen on a fixed income.all she needed was a part in the tank,I really hate that their are people who take advantage of our seniors but that's exactly what happen here
