I CALLED ARS RESCUE ROOTER TO UNPLUG MY HOUSE PLUMBINGTHE PLUMBER GAVE ME SOME OPTIONS AND I CHOSE THE RE-ROUTE THE PLUMBINGBASED ON WHAT HE TOLD METHAT IS WHEN THE NIGHTMARE STARTED
HE TOLD ME THEY WOULD START IN THE MORNING 4-27-8:30AM AND THEY SHOWED UP 1:PM HE SAID THEY WOULD BE DONE BY FRIDAY 4-30-WELL THEY MESSED UP ON THE PERMIT AND HAD TO WAIT UNTIL MONDAY 5-1-@ 5:PM TO GET THE INSPECTION COMPLETEI NOTIFIED THEM THAT THE INSPECTION WAS COMPLETEHE SAID THEY WOULD COME IN THE MORNING TO COVER TRENCH UNDER THE SLAB AND THE OTHER TRENCHESTHEY SHOWED UP 5-2-@1:PM THEN CAME BACK ON 5-3-11:AM TO FINISH COVERING THE TRENCHESDURING ALL THIS TIME WE HAD DIFFERENT WEATHER EVENT WITH POSSIBLE HEAVY RAINI WAS WORRIED ABOUT FLOODING WE STILL DON'T HAVE THE CONCRETE REPAIRED AS OF NOW 5-4-tHEY ARE SUPPOSE TO COME BACK MONDAY 5-8-DURING THE DURATION OF THIS JOB I ONLY SAW THE COMPANY PLUMB THE THE DAY I SIGNED THE CONTRA
Roger explained the repairs clearly and answered all my questions Very polite and I appreciate his clear explanation of the needed work

My A/C failed; ARS answered a 24/telephone at 3:am and set up an appointment for the next dayThe ARS rep Bao ** checked the system - compressor failureRep offered repair and cost or the choices and cost of new equipmentI went with new equipmentARS arrived later the same day and installed (two trucks, four techs followed by a third truck and two techs)Installation completed in a few hours, now is functioning wellCrew cleaned up thoroughly and explained what was doneA bit pricey, but well done
Mr*** was very professional I am very pleased with his work He took the time to answer my questions and to point out certain things to me as an FYI Did not "find" things to increase the price
I contacted ARS when my ac quit workingThe service man came out did a quick inspection of the ac and added four pounds of coolantWhile doing the quick inspection said there MIGHT be a possible leak, but never tested to see if there was one before adding the coolantNot even hours later the coolant had evaporated, callEd the very next morning to explain what was going on, they said they would send hI'm back out to look at itHe comes back the next day and FINALLY tests my ac and says, oh yeah, you have a major leak and it can't be fixedYou need an entire new systemIf he would have tested it the first day and told me that, I would have NEVER had gone through with him adding the coolant to begin withNow they are refusing to refund my money and I can't even get the customer service representative to answer my phone calls
Just had ARS/ Rescue Rooter Houston out to assess an issue we were having with our drainage from attic AC unit Josh Gwas our service professional He was very courteous and thorough He explained what needed to happen and our options He did the work quickly and efficiently We were very pleased with the company as well as Josh Will most definitely consider using this company again - MStephens

We as of Dec 7th I had a good review for ARS for the Furnace installBut now the next day and up till today 12-16-the heater is still not working: I have had appox people come out and I have had different answersThe latest is your duck work, you need 5" flue pipe, next guy you don't need 5" you need 4" and the next one says you need bigger return vent and duck work, I am tired of the lies I am receiving from ARS supposed to come back out yesterday pm no show I call at said I am next on list, 5pm I call again I am next on list again, Had to sit home all day from work and no one showed told them better be here 10am sat again get another call 10:said he is running late be after 12pm Sorry I cannot trust ARS for what they say and cannot get a real manager to call back and discussbeen over a week and no heat in the housemy rate at this point is -stars
Great Company representative, Gary Francis, plumbing techthat was MOST professional, knew his trade very well, worked religiously to replace bath facuets that had been in place over 20+ years Great work ethics and represented the ARS company well Kudos to them for hiring the right people to do the right job Thanks to *** *** for enlisting their services to do the job

Scheduled an inspection of a sewer line over a week in advance for a home we were buying Never showed up in their four-hour window, then called and said they had to cancel because all of their plumbers were busy with "clogs." Very rude and disrespectful Would never trust them in our houseDO NOT USE
