[redacted], and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint.  For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.It took almost a month of me calling customer service and spending hours on the phone,  asking for management and being told nothing else could be done and no one knew what was going on before I finally received my card.  I had gotten two direct deposits issued to my card that this company refused to transfer to another card or in anyway act concerned that I was going without pay. I certified my address countless times with customer service. I had moved,  but had a change of address and was receiving mail at my new address just fine.  After this month of no pay and waitlsting hours of time, I was finally advised that my card had been sitting at a FedEx like action for over 2 weeks.  No one ever said a word about this in the weeks before. I want them to understand that people can't go a month without a paycheck simply because they don't know where a card is.  They have got to  one up with a better resolution process for future customers. A month without pay,  being told there was no way for them to transfer it to another card when I offered to obtain a temporary,  and now they are responding as if this was my fault.  No,  I'm not OK with that.

Until someone admits that a person walked into the store without an ID that stated that they were me and was still able to purchase a card in my name and then addresses this issue at the store, I will not be happy. Further, I would like the responsible parties to pay for credit monitoring of my account as I am not sure that they did allow for the leak of my information or that this was not an inside job.

ID [redacted], and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint.  For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below. The company held my money on a closed account interest free for about two weeks. They did not notify me at all that the account was closed. I only found out when going to pay bills. They made me late on bills and never offered any compensation. I would like $100 for the inconveniences and problems this caused a 10 year good standing customer. I did nothing wrong and just got stock responses with no effort to make right the financial troubles it caused me. Terrible service. I wonder by law do banks have to notify you within a certain amount of time that they have closed your account and not just sit on your money on a closed accounts for weeks without notifying the customer. I feel what they did is unethical and reeks of scam actions.

in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint.  For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.
Bancorp failed to reach out and contact me directly in regards to this complaint. They offered me nothing in regards to this complaint. I attempted in good faith to contact them when the account was originally opened, and work with their associates. Their associate did not attempt to help or resolve my frustration that my account was opened without my consent, and that I was charged for this. My money was held hostage to $45 dollars worth of fees (opening, and closing early). There was also no way to get my money without being assessed fees as they would have charged me $20 for an annual fee to keep the IRA, thus FORCING me to give them at least $40 of my money regardless, which I earned. As soon as I found out my money was being transferred to this company, I contacted them and attempted to work with them to remove it fee free, to no avail. Bancorp failed to work with me in resolving these issues. I am simply requesting the fees to be refunded to me, as they were pre-tax and for my retirement.
