Donley Service Center

I have been a customer with Donley for over 25 years and they are a very professional and honest organization to deal with. They go out of their way to explain a problem and potential solutions. You know when they tell you something needs repair or replacement they are giving you the straight scoop. When we downsize from our current house I will be sure that Donley follows me to my next house.

Sammy was thorough and professional. He also recommended a maintenance agreement that I signed.

I had a semi annual service check with Jose Felix. He was very thorough, helpful and polite.

[redacted] from Donley came because of a problem I was having with my air conditioning. Although the problem was not correctable, [redacted] got some coolness in the house and arranged for [redacted] from Donley to describe my options. The unit will be replaced on Monday.

Donley Service is completely responsible for re-establishing our peace of mind & daily basics. They are truly a blessing. A totally positive & beneficial experience. They were, are clean, quiet, professional, honest, trustworthy & very reasonable.

Our Donley Representative was outstanding. His knowledge, equipment & tools well exceeded all needs. He truly was a Knight in a Shinning Donley Truck as he came in to the home of this elderly couple (in our 70's). He immediately assessed the situation & laid out plans & options that we both understood & agreed to. We were truly saved by this Donley Representative & Donley Service, yes we were!

The service representative came to our house last week. He was very prompt and courteous. No complaints. I do have one comment however and that is when Gary asked him about the possibility of a discount for servicing our rental home he said that it was not possible. Too bad.. I could have given your company more business with the possilbilty of other referrals as well. [redacted]

I have used the services of Donley several times and have always been impressed by the individuals who have provided the work.

Always receive very good service from the technicians who perform the work. They're prompt, courteous, very thorough, polite and professional. Yesterday's technician, Ryan Utsler, did a fine job. The service scheduling and confirmation process is lacking however and not customer friendly. Also experienced a discrepancy in the record keeping of the # of remaining visits on our maintenance agreement.

I have used Donely Plumbing and Service for over 15 years. My husband first used them over 20 years ago. We have always found them to be honest, professional, polite, and fairly priced. When they worked on this last property, it was for a client of mine (I am a Realtor) who has a rental property. The guests have had another "handyman" service person in the house doing other repairs, and they said that the Donley representative really knew his stuff, and was professional and courteous and got the job done right. The rep went to the house after 5 PM on a same day service call, and called the owner back to tell him his options, and completed the repair most likely after dark. We refer all of our friends and clients to Donley.

Donley Service Center's representative Christopher K[redacted] was superb, clean, professional and quick. Very personable and knowledgeable young man who is a true asset to Donley Service Center.

[redacted] was very professional and polite. He worked in a timely manner and explaind wat he woud do to fix the problem and explained the results when he finised. I was extremely impressed.

This company went above and beyond to fix my problems. My ac had been out for 2 days and they came right out and fixed it. I would recommend this company to anyone. Great service and knowledgable staff.

We hired Donley to put in a new gas line for my dream gas cooktop. We wanted someone with experience and trust.[redacted], our technician did a great job, worked quickly and cleanly. The permit and inspection process went smoothly as well.

this was a call back. In spite of the positve review I gave the initial visit, it stopped working after 24 hours. A small adjustment that should have been performed initially was not done. I guess we will see what happens. Disapointed

Water leak between meter and house on hillside lot. I was referred to Donley by a General Contractor who had worked on my home. Donley service man arrived promptly on Friday late morning, diagnosed the problem, got another of their service men involved and worked all afternoon replacing the line. The were professional, prompt, courteous, diligent, and kept me informed every step of the way. Together they were able to finish the work before Friday dinner. Cleanup and landscaping was super. You couldn't even tell they had been there. I highly recommend Donley. Very pleased.
