Donley Service Center

Donley Service Center did a summer inspection of my air conditioner. Ruben did a check and found it to be in good shape. Ruben was on time and was very professional in his work.

Service person was [redacted]. He was very polite, and worked efficiently when doing our annual heat inspection. Recommended a surge protector on one of or roof units to protect from lighting/power outage surges. We have been customers of Donley for more years than I remember. We have always found their work to be reliable and quality work. Service people very pleasant to deal with.

I always have a great experience with your company. The techs that are sent to to house are always professional and friendly. My wife and I only call your company for all of our plumbing and AC needs. It's always a pleasure doing business with people who care.

Tech was very professional and explained each step he was performing.

[redacted], our service rep, could not have been better. He called in advance and showed up on time. He was considerate and even instructed me on how I could better clean my filters downstairs. His work was performed thoroughly yet quickly. He even took in our garbage can from the street!
While I will try to ask for [redacted] in the future, I've had nothing but excellent service from Donley.

Have always had good service from Donley

I have been a loyal Donley customer for many years and every service technician maintains the highest level of professionalism and integrity; technicians that go far and beyond what the job calls for. I call on them for ALL of my plumbing needs, from small to large jobs. Donley is also the company that installed my A/C unit in 2011 and I wouldn't trust any other company for my A/C needs.

In recent years I've had Dan, Chris, and RJ helping me with my plumbing needs and each delivering excellent service.

I have used Donley for years and am very happy with them. On this trip, they came out to do maintenance on my solar water heater. The technician called shortly before he was to arrive, he arrived exactly on time, he explained what had to be done and completed the work quickly. I was very happy.

Great and prompt service. We have used them for the last 20+ years with an annual maintenance agreement and they are reliable and fair. Good employees. Would recommend them to anyone.

My experience w/ Donley was nothing but positive. [redacted] came to my house after I had a questionable appt w/ another A/C company. I wanted a second opinion on the $2K worth of work recommended by the other company. [redacted] showed me the ratings on the equipment vs the readings he was calibrating and explained what each one meant. He also assured me that the repairs recommended were not needed and the A/C unit was working just as it should be.
Perhaps the most surprising part of my appt w/ Donley was the follow up someone in their office completed w/ the competing A/C company. I can only assume Donley did not want to have another consumer experience the dishonesty that I had in my initial appt, because the competing company called me out of the blue to apologize for the poor service experience. They revealed that Donley had called them to make them aware of the situation. I have a great deal of respect for Donley, as a result of that.
I have since and will continue to recommend Donley to anyone who asks for A/C and/or plumbing service.

I am so pleased with the service at Donley Service Center! The serviceman was outstanding! He was prompt, courteous & really listened to what I had to say. Then he explained what he was going to do and performed the work very quickly. I have already marked my calendar for my next checkup & already anticipate that I will have another positive experience. This company is terrific!

Excellent experience overall. A human being answered the phone. Knowledgable, friendly and efficient. Listened, understood, found account history and set up new appointment at a convenient time. The office called as promised, then Dan called to verify and let us know he was a few minutes out. Dan was right on time, clean-cut, friendly, knowledgable. Listened to the problem, suggested more effective solution then went about making the repairs and modification. Could not have been a better experience. Thank you!
