[redacted] was great. He gave me a candid and realistic assesment of the repair and suggested no more than was needed. He weighed out the pros and cons of various repairs.

Prompt, courteous, professional. Didn't feel like he was trying to sell me something I did not need.

Today Friday June 26, 2015 our air conditioner went out. It's 111 in Phoenix and after LOTS of comparison reviews tried Donley to ask for a service call on our unit which only blew hot air. [redacted] was the service technician and he was polite, clean cut and professional in his demeanor. He examined our unit on the roof and showed us a video he had shot on his cell phone where the Condenser fan blade could be turned but would not "catch" and run because the motor that drives that fan was burnt out. He gave us options for replacement part and we choose the "generic" brand which he had in stock on his truck. He climbed up and installed it and measured the air a few times after the AC began working again, trying to cool down our home in this heat that had heated the house up while the AC was out entirely. He was a credit to the Donley company as was the lady who answered the phone to begin with when I booked a service repair call with them early in the morning. Thank you for professional service!

Service rep [redacted] arrived on schedule and completed repairs of replacing anode rod and drain pipe extension as authorized by me. Explained in detail how to keep up and remove water tank deposits by biannual replacement of anode rods and regular tank flushes. Very professional and pleased with his service.

We decided to use Donley Service Center after seeing a Dateline NBC episode two years ago where they worked with NBC to "rig" heat pumps and see how honest or dishonest A/C and Heating vendors are in the Valley. Shortly after seeing that episode, our entire A/C system failed in July of 2011(it was old and, when the house was built, it wasn't really installed correctly) and the only vendor we contacted was Donley. They installed a brand new system (and did it RIGHT this time) and give it a check-up twice a year to make sure it continues to run without fail.

We have used several A/C vendors over the years, but we will stick with Donley for the long term. They are reliable, trustworthy, and professional, and there is a lot to be said for that in this day and age.

Our service technician, [redacted], was incredible. He communicated very clearly and was completely honest on the best course of action. We never felt like we were being sold. He even went out of his way to follow up with us even though he knew we had to choose a different contractor to perform our service. We had an amazing experience using Donley Service.

Tonight the toilet off my master bedroom was repaired by Station ID: [redacted]. He was very polite. He did the job quickly. He left the area nice and clean. I was so grateful he was able to come between 6:00 p.m. and 7:00 p.m. on a Saturday night. I was away all day.

Thank you for sending this knowledgeable man on a job that was important to me. I did not want to wait until Monday. [redacted]

Recommend highly. Phone calls were given to keep customer informed as to

arrival of inspector. Our inspector, Ryan, was very dependable, explained fully in detail, both the expectations and results. He was most congenial and polite.

This is a most reliable company and I recommend them to anyone.

[redacted] installed two new return air grills and permanent filters. It required extra work on his part and he did an excellent job. He explained and showed how the filters worked, and recommended a cleaning schedule. [redacted] also cleaned up all dust and debris. We are very happy with [redacted] and his work.

The Donley Service Reps are always courteous and thorough. They communicate what they find, and it is clear that their records reflect what has been done in the past. Such information makes the customer feel like everyone at Donley knows you personally and wants the best for your home.
